Description

Claims (8)
- 炭化水素系供給原料の転化のためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスが、
(a)軽質サイクル油及び減圧軽油から成る炭化水素系供給原料(1)を水素化脱硫反応ゾーン(3)内で反応させ、硫黄濃度の低下した炭化水素系ストリーム(4)を生成するステップと、
(b)硫黄濃度の低下した炭化水素系ストリームの少なくとも一部を分離ゾーン(5)へと導入し、気体炭化水素系ストリーム(6)、及び硫黄濃度の低下した、この気体炭化水素系ストリームよりも高い沸点範囲を有する液体炭化水素系ストリーム(21)を生成するステップと、
(c)前記気体炭化水素系ストリーム(6)の少なくとも一部を、水素化分解触媒を含んだ水素化分解反応ゾーン(7)へと導入し、ナフサ沸点範囲炭化水素から成る流出物ストリーム(8)を生成するステップと、
(d)前記流出物ストリーム(8)を熱交換器(9)で冷却して部分的に凝縮された炭化水素系ストリーム(10)として回収したうえ低温、高圧分離器(11)へと導入し、水素リッチガスストリーム(12)を生成するステップと、そして
(e)前記低温、高圧分離器(11)から分離された液体炭化水素系ストリーム(22)と前記液体炭化水素系ストリーム(21)を分別ゾーン(24)へと導入し、少なくともナフサ沸点範囲炭化水素ストリーム(26)、及び中間留分炭化水素ストリーム(27)を生成するステップとによって構成されることを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記水素化脱硫反応ゾーン(3)が、204℃〜482℃の温度、3.5 MPa〜17.3 MPaの圧力、及び0.1 hr-1〜10 hr-1の液空間速度の条件下で稼動することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- ステップ(b)で生成された前記気体炭化水素系ストリーム(6)が10℃〜510℃の範囲で沸騰することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素化分解反応ゾーン(7)が、232℃〜468℃の温度、及び3.5 MPa〜17.3 MPaの圧力下で稼動することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記軽質サイクル油が149℃〜371℃の範囲で沸騰することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記減圧軽油が315℃〜565℃の範囲で沸騰することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- ステップ(b)の前記分離ゾーン(5)が高温、高圧ストリッパであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記高温、高圧ストリッパ(5)が、149℃〜399℃の温度、3.5 MPa〜17.3 MPaの圧力下で稼動することを特徴とする請求項7記載のプロセス。
