[第1の実施の形態]
図1は、本発明における不燃性吸音材およびこれを用いた構造体の第1の実施の形態を示す断面図である。
[第2の実施の形態]
図3は、本発明における不燃性吸音材およびこれを用いた構造体の第2の実施の形態を示す断面図である。なお、同図において、図1と共通する部分には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
[第3の実施の形態]
図5は、第1の実施の形態における不燃性吸音材1aを使用した膜状吸音構造の構造体の断面図を示している。なお、同図において、図1と共通する部分に同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
[第4の実施の形態]
図6は、第2の実施の形態における不燃性吸音材1bを使用した膜状吸音構造の構造体の断面図を示している。なお、同図において、図2および図5と共通する部分に同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
[第5の実施の形態]
前述の実施例では、膜11を無機化合物を含むシリコーンゴムで形成した場合について述べているが、当該膜11は、アクリル樹脂に2:1〜1:1の比で、Si、Ca、Sr、Ba、Al、Mgの何れか1種を含む化合物またはSi、Ca、Sr、Ba、Al、Mgの何れか1種を含む化合物の混合物から成る無機化合物、並びに次に示す炭素繊維を混入したもので形成してもよい。

Claims (4)
- 不燃性を有し、200Hz以下の低周波領域の騒音を吸収する膜振動による吸音材であって、
シリコーンゴムに2:1の比でシリカ、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸ストロンチウム、硫酸バリウムの何れか1種を混入して所定の面密度を有して形成された膜と、前記膜の音源側に積層されるアルミニウム箔から成る耐熱層と、前記膜の剛壁側に積層され接着または熱融着により前記膜と一体化される多孔質体層とを備え、
前記膜の燃焼発熱量は、8MJ/m 3 以下、燃焼発熱速度は、[200kW/m 2 ]・10sec以下であることを特徴とする不燃性吸音材。 - 前記多孔質体層は、グラスウール、ロックウールの何れかまたはこれらの混合物から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の不燃性吸音材。
- 請求項1または請求項2記載の不燃性吸音材と、剛壁とを備え、前記不燃性吸音材は、前記不燃性吸音材を構成する耐熱層を音源側に向けて、前記剛壁と平行に設置されていることを特徴とする構造体。
- 請求項1または請求項2記載の不燃性吸音材と、剛壁とを備え、前記不燃性吸音材は、空気層を介して前記不燃性吸音材を構成する多孔質体層を剛壁側に向けて、前記剛壁と平行に設置されていることを特徴とする構造体。
