Description
図1〜図3には、一例としての空気ばねが適用されたサスペンションが模式的に示されている。図1に示されるように、サスペンション12は、全体としてドラム状に形成された空気ばね10及び梁状に形成されたサスペンションアーム14を備えている。サスペンションアーム14には、その長手方向に沿った基端部及び先端部にそれぞれ円筒状のブッシュホルダ16,18が配置されている。
図4には、一例に係る空気ばねにおけるダストカバーが示されている。第2の実施形態に係る空気ばね90では、基本的にダストカバー92を除く部分が第1の実施形態に係る空気ばね10と同一とされている。このことから、本実施形態に係る空気ばね90に関する説明では、ダストカバー92以外の部分については前述の一例としての形態と同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
図5には、本発明の実施形態に係る空気ばね90におけるハンガ部材及びダストカバーの変形例が示されている。なお、符号Sは中立状態にあるダストカバーの軸心を示しており、この軸心Sに沿った方向を装置の軸方向として以下の説明を行う。

Claims (3)
- 支持体及び可動体の一方に連結されるチャンバ部材と、
支持体及び可動体の他方に連結されるピストン部材と、
略円筒状に形成されると共に中間部が内外反転状態とされ、一端部及び他端部がそれぞれ前記チャンバ部材及び前記ピストン部材に連結され、内部にチャンバ室が形成されるダイヤフラムと、
前記ダイヤフラムの外周側に配置され、上端部に前記チャンバ部材の外周側に固定される連結筒部が設けられると共に、該連結筒部の下端部から外周側へ向かって斜め下方へ延出する肩部及び、該肩部の下端部から下方へ延出し、可動体の移動方向に沿って伸縮可能とされた筒状の蛇腹部が一体的に設けられたダストカバーと、を有し、
前記連結筒部及び前記肩部を一体的に形成すると共に、前記蛇腹部を前記連結筒部及び前記肩部とは別体に形成し、
前記ダストカバーを、前記肩部の下端部に前記蛇腹部の上端部を連結して構成し、
前記肩部の下端部に内周側へ延出して、該肩部の前記蛇腹部との接触面積を拡大するための荷重分散部を形成し、
前記肩部の下端側には外径が一定とされた円筒部が形成され、前記荷重分散部は該円筒部の下端部から外周側へ延出すると共に外周端が下方へ湾曲されて内周側へ延出されて形成され、
前記連結部の下端部に前記荷重分散部を外周側から嵌挿する嵌挿部が構成されていること、
を特徴とする空気ばね。 - 前記蛇腹部を弾性材料により形成すると共に、前記連結筒部及び前記肩部を前記蛇腹部に対して比強度が大きい材料により形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気ばね。
- 前記蛇腹部の上端部に、前記肩部の下端部の外周側に嵌挿される筒状の連結部を形成すると共に、
前記ダストカバーに、前記連結部に外周側から巻き付けられて、該連結部を前記肩部の下端部に締付け固定するバンド部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の空気ばね。
