Description
また、上記のような特徴を有する捕集担体溶液濾過時の吸引エアリーク防止方法によれば、上記機構による効果を奏することができる。
このような構成とすることにより、本実施形態に係る捕集ユニット80は、小型軽量なものとすることができる。
このように構成された温水供給部42によれば、ペリスタルティックポンプ44を駆動させることにより、温水供給ノズル48から連続的に温水を吐出させることが可能となる。
上記のような基本構成を有する捕集ユニット80と、計測ユニット12から成る発光測定装置10では、まず、捕集ユニット80により空気中の生菌を捕集する(ステップ100:図11参照)。
Claims (3)
- 捕集担体溶液を貯留する貯留部と、前記捕集担体溶液を濾過するフィルタを配置するフィルタ配置部とを有するカートリッジ本体と、前記フィルタ配置部を覆い、前記フィルタを介して前記捕集担体溶液を吸引濾過可能であり、前記カートリッジ本体と隙間を持って連結されているフィルタ固定リングと、を備えた捕集担体カートリッジと、
前記捕集担体カートリッジにおける前記フィルタ配置部を内包する開口部と、前記貯留部を保持する保持部とを有し、前記捕集担体カートリッジが連結固定されるカートリッジホルダと、
前記カートリッジホルダに連結固定された捕集担体カートリッジにおける前記フィルタ固定リングを介して前記捕集担体溶液の吸引を行う吸引ヘッドと、
前記捕集担体溶液の吸引を行う間、前記フィルタ固定リングを前記フィルタ配置部に押し付ける圧力を付与するアクチュエータと、
を備えたことを特徴とする捕集担体溶液濾過時の吸引エアリーク防止機構。 - 前記吸引ヘッドの先端であって、前記フィルタ固定リングの下面に接触する面に、Oリングを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捕集担体溶液濾過時の吸引エアリーク防止機構。
- 捕集担体溶液を貯留する貯留部と、前記捕集担体溶液を濾過するフィルタを配置するフィルタ配置部とを有するカートリッジ本体と、前記フィルタ配置部を覆い、前記フィルタを介して前記捕集担体溶液を吸引濾過可能であり、前記カートリッジ本体と隙間を持って連結されているフィルタ固定リングと、を備えた捕集担体カートリッジと、前記捕集担体カートリッジにおける前記フィルタ配置部を内包する開口部と、前記貯留部を保持する保持部とを有し、前記捕集担体カートリッジが連結固定されるカートリッジホルダと、前記カートリッジホルダに連結固定された捕集担体カートリッジにおける前記フィルタ固定リングを介して前記捕集担体溶液の吸引を行う吸引ヘッドと、前記フィルタ固定リングを前記フィルタ配置部に押し付ける圧力を付与するアクチュエータと、を用いた前記捕集担体溶液濾過時の吸引エアのリークを防止する方法であって、
前記貯留部を固定し、
前記アクチュエータにより前記フィルタ固定リングを前記フィルタ配置部に押し付けた状態で、前記捕集担体溶液の吸引を行うことを特徴とする捕集担体溶液濾過時の吸引エアリーク防止方法。
