Description
・電極に反応物を供給する。
・それぞれの反応物を閉じこめの中で循環させる。
・電気を収集し、スタックを介して電気的導通を与える。
・過剰の反応物とともに、生成された水を収集し、取り除く。
・反応により放出される熱エネルギーを取り除く。
Claims (8)
- 電解質によって分離されている第1電極および第2電極により形成されている1つのセル、
絶縁性材料から成る2つの分配エレメント、ならびに
第1および第2のコレクター・エレメント
を少なくとも含み、
当該2つの分配エレメントの各々は、その2つの面に設けられた分配チャンネルを含み、
当該第1および第2のコレクター・エレメントの各々は導電性材料から成っており、また、同じ寸法を有し、かつ互いに間隔をあけて配置されている上側部分および下側部分を含み、
当該第1および第2のコレクター・エレメントの上側部分及び下側部分は、ともに電気的に接続されており、かつ小孔を有しており、
当該分配チャンネルはともに、当該分配エレメントを貫通する第1および第2のオリフィスに開いており、
当該第1および第2のオリフィスのうち一つは、各分配エレメントの2つの面に設けられた分配チャンネルの両方への供給に用いられ、
当該第1および第2コレクター・エレメントは互いに係合していて、当該セルは、当該第2コレクター・エレメントの上側部分と当該第1コレクター・エレメントの下側部分との間に配置され、
当該2つの分配エレメントの一方は、当該第1のコレクター・エレメントの上側部分と当該第2コレクター・エレメントの上側部分との間に配置され、他方は、当該第1コレクター・エレメントの下側部分と当該第2のコレクター・エレメントの下側部分との間に配置されている、
燃料電池の構造体。 - 分配エレメントがプラスチック材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造体。
- 分配エレメントが、冷却用流体を循環させるための内部回路をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の構造体。
- 内部回路が、少なくとも2つのオリフィスを介して分配エレメントの表面に開いており、内部回路がコレクター・エレメントから電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の構造体。
- コレクター・エレメントがステンレス鋼または銅から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。
- コレクター・エレメントが、半分に折り畳まれた金属シートにより構成されている、請求項5に記載の構造体。
- シーリングが、分配エレメントとコレクター・エレメントとの間に設けられ、当該シーリングが当該エレメントの表面を互いに対して押し付けることにより得られ、あるいは、1または複数のガスケットを当該エレメントの表面の間に挿入することにより得られ、あるいは当該エレメントの表面に接着剤を塗布することにより得られたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の構造体を少なくとも1つ含む燃料電池。
