生石灰9kgを開平可能な蓋付き密閉攪拌機に入れ、ナタネ油1.2kgを加え攪拌機で混合し、これに21kgのセメントを加え攪拌し、さらに、7.2kgの水を加えてスラリー状(ミルク状)に練り上げ、一方、ドリル径60mmで削孔した孔長2.2mの孔内に、先端部に円板を固着したロックボルト2.3mを挿入し、スラリーを圧縮空気で注入充填し、口先まで一杯になったところで、閉塞用の円板の孔をロックボルトに通して、ナット締めを行った。以上のロックボルトの設置は、1m間隔の格子状の各交点に打設施工した。

Claims (3)
- 法面や崖面などの補強対象地山に、削孔を形成し、前記削孔内にロックボルト材を挿入するとともに、生石灰を含む膨張性固定材を前記削孔内に充填した後に、前記削孔の開口を閉塞した状態で、前記生石灰を水和反応させて、前記膨張性固化材を前記ロックボルト材の外周側で膨張させて、当該ロックボルト材を前記補強対象地山に固定するロックボルト工法において、
前記生石灰は、前記削孔に充填する前に、その外表面に、水との接触を阻止する不飽和脂肪酸の油膜を形成するロックボルト工法であって、
前記ロックボルト材の先端には、前記削孔を閉塞するようにして固着される膨張規制板を有することを特徴とするロックボルト工法。 - 前記膨張性固化材は、前記生石灰、前記不飽和脂肪酸油、セメント、水を混合してスラリー状にする際に、前記生石灰と前記不飽和脂肪酸油とを混合し、この後に、前記セメントと水とを混合することを特徴とする請求項1記載のロックボルト工法。
- 前記不飽和脂肪酸油は、オリーブ油,アマニ油,ヤシ油などのオレイン酸油、アマニ油,大麻油,ケシ油などのリノール酸油、アマニ油,綿実油,ケシ油などのリノレン酸油、ケシ油,ナタネ油などのエルカ酸油から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のロックボルト工法。
