Claims (8)
- 炉壁に複数のバーナーが配設されている直火加熱式熱処理炉において、炉壁内側を煙道を吹き抜けるガス流速25m/secの風速に対してファイバーの飛散を発生しない耐風速性セラミックファイバーとし、その外側にセラミックファイバーブランケットを配設した炉壁構造を具備し、前記バーナーの外側にスリーブを嵌合し、該スリーブの先端を炉内壁面より突出して配置していることを特徴とする直火加熱式熱処理炉。
- 前記炉壁内側が耐風速性セラミックファイバーを積層した構造としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の直火加熱式熱処理炉。
- 前記スリーブの外表面に帯状の凸起を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の直火加熱式熱処理炉。
- 前記スリーブは、バーナーの先端から炉内壁面より突出した先端迄の部分の内径が、バーナーの内径より小径となっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の直火加熱式熱処理炉。
- 前記耐風速性セラミックファイバーおよびセラミックファイバーブランケットから成る炉壁に設けた挿入孔にバーナーを設置し、該バーナーの先端にバーナーポートの後端がバーナー先端から20mm以下となる位置にバーナーポートを配置し、該バーナーポート先端を炉内壁面より突出して配置したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の直火加熱式熱処理炉。
- 前記バーナーポートの外表面に帯状の凸起を設けたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の直火加熱式熱処理炉。
- 前記バーナーポートの内径が前記バーナーの内径に対して±10%の範囲内で減少または増加したことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の直火加熱式熱処理炉。
- 前記直火加熱式熱処理炉が、連続式溶融亜鉛めっきラインに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の直火加熱式熱処理炉。
