Description

銅を除去して電解採取工程に移す銅の溶媒抽出、
70〜180℃、好ましくは130〜140℃で、浸出液中の銅ニッケル比率を、ニッケル-銅硫化物マットに、複分解的(methathetically)に変え、硫化銅フラクションを処理して、浸出−電解採取プロセスにより銅を回収し、
0.3g/l銅未満の精鉱とする銅の電解採取および電解ストリッピング。
硫化水素ガスまたは硫化ナトリウム/硫化水素のいずれかによる硫化物沈澱、
硫酸ニッケル六水和物としての結晶化、および
水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウムによる水酸化物/炭酸塩沈澱。
NaHSを用いて試験を実施し、高温でシアン化物浸出液から価値金属を沈殿させた。
第2のシリーズの試験は、NaHSを用い、一定範囲のpHにわたり、周囲温度でシアン化物浸出液に対し実施し、価値金属を沈殿させた。
H2O2およびNa2S2O5を用い一連の試験を実施し、一定の範囲のpH値にわたりシアン化物溶液から価値金属を沈殿させた。
一連の試験において、PGMを含む精鉱のシアン化物浸出液を、50% H2SO4を用いて0〜5の一定範囲のpHにわたり酸性化した。
この試験では、実施例4から得た濾液に対し、単一の4級アンモニウムイオン交換樹脂およびカチオンイオン交換樹脂を使用してイオン交換を実施した。
このテストでは、リードカラムで樹脂を飽和、分析するために、pH2の酸性化工程から得られた濾液を、一連のイオン交換カラムに通した。

酸性化残渣に対する酸燻蒸後の溶液からイオン交換樹脂上にPGMを吸着させるために一連の試験を実施した。
pH2の酸性化残渣を、それぞれ、10〜20bar(1000〜2000kPa)および150〜200℃の様々な圧力および温度での2段階アルカリ/酸浸出を行うことにより一連の試験を行った。
この一連の試験では、pH2酸性化残渣を様々な温度で焼成し、その後、高温、高圧で浸出させた。焼成温度は250℃〜800℃で変動し、焼成材料は希硫酸を用いて6bar(600kPa)、140℃で4時間浸出させた。
一連の試験で、pH2酸性化残渣を、様々な温度および圧力条件下で硫酸により浸出させた。浸出段階から得られた残渣を濃硫酸と混合し、300℃まで60分間加熱した(融解工程)。
この試験はパイロット運転として実施されたものであり、シアン化物溶液のpH2酸性化から得られる沈澱に対する改良プロセスを示す。

Claims (12)
- 白金族金属(PGM)および卑金属を含むシアン化物浸出液からのPGMの回収方法であって、
a)PGMおよび卑金属を非選択的に沈殿させ、PGMおよび卑金属を含む不溶性沈澱を形成する工程と、
b)前記沈澱から選択的に浸出させて、(i)卑金属を含む浸出溶液およびPGMを含む残渣、または(ii)卑金属およびPGMを含む浸出溶液ならびに残渣を形成する工程と、
c) b)(i)またはb)(ii)の浸出溶液から卑金属を回収し、かつb)(i)の残渣またはb)(ii)の浸出溶液からPGMを回収する工程と、を含み、
前記工程a)でのPGMおよび卑金属の非選択的沈殿を、シアン化物浸出液のpHを制御して減少させ0〜5の範囲内にすることにより行う回収方法。 - 前記シアン化物浸出液のpHを1〜3の範囲内まで減少させる、請求項1記載の回収方法。
- 前記シアン化物浸出液のpHを2に減少させる、請求項2記載の回収方法。
- 前記b)の選択的浸出が、PGMが残渣中に残る加圧浸出工程である請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の回収方法。
- 前記加圧浸出工程では、最初にアルカリ浸出を実施し、続いて酸浸出を行う請求項4記載の回収方法。
- 上記の酸浸出の後で還元浸出を行う請求項5記載の回収方法。
- 前記工程a)の不溶性沈澱を酸により燻蒸し、その後、工程b)の選択的浸出を行い、アニオンとしてのPGMおよびカチオンとしての卑金属の両方を含む浸出液を形成し、次に工程c)でPGMをイオン交換樹脂上で回収する請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の回収方法。
- 前記樹脂を焼却して15〜85% PGMと金および銀を含む灰を形成して、または前記樹脂から溶離させてPGMを回収する請求項7記載の回収方法。
- 前記工程a)の不溶性沈澱を最初に焼成し、その後、焼成した該不溶性沈殿を工程b)で選択的に浸出させて卑金属を除去し、15〜85% PGMと金および銀を含む残渣または精鉱を製造する請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の回収方法。
- 前記工程c)において、前記卑金属をb)(i)またはb)(ii)の浸出溶液から沈殿させて回収する請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の回収方法。
- 前記工程a)での非選択的沈殿後の溶液をイオン交換樹脂に通すことにより、該溶液に残留するPGMを回収する工程をさらに含む請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の回収方法。
- 前記樹脂を焼却して15〜85%PGMと金および銀を含む灰を形成し、または前記樹脂から溶離させてPGMを回収する請求項11記載の回収方法。
