Claims (4)
- 缶体周壁に冷媒流路を備えたトラップ缶の上部外周にゴム製の環状シール部材を取り付け、該環状シール部材を介して前記トラップ缶をキャビネットの天板開口部に装着した冷却トラップ装置において、前記環状シール部材は、前記トラップ缶の上部外周に嵌着される嵌着部と、該嵌着部外周に延設されて前記キャビネットの天板に密着する密着部と、前記嵌着部の上部に一体に設けられて、前記トラップ缶の上部開口に装着される蓋部材をシールするシール部とを備えるとともに、前記嵌着部に、前記環状シール部材を加温するためのコード状のヒータを装着する環状装着溝を前記天板側を開口して備え、該環状装着溝内に前記ヒータを少なくとも一周分巻回し、前記環状装着溝の開口側に、該環状装着溝からの前記ヒータの脱落を防止するリング又は紐状体を嵌め込んだことを特徴とする冷却トラップ装置。
- 前記ヒータを複数巻回する際に、隣接するヒータ間にコード状の絶縁体を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却トラップ装置。
- 前記環状装着溝の溝幅よりも幅狭に形成された前記ヒータが、前記リング又は紐状体によって前記環状装着溝内に固定された際に、前記リング又は紐状体と前記ヒータと前記環状装着溝との間に空間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の冷却トラップ装置。
- 前記トラップ缶の冷媒流路に冷媒を供給する冷凍機は、前記冷媒流路にホットガスを供給してトラップ缶のデフロストを行うホットガス加熱機能を備えるとともに、前記冷媒流路から流出するホットガスの温度を検出し、検出温度に応じてホットガスの供給を制御する温度制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の冷却トラップ装置。
