Claims (14)
- バイオリアクタシステムであって、
細胞培養物を容れるように構成された複数の細胞ウェルのアレイを含む潅流ユニットと、
前記細胞ウェルと流体連通する複数のポンプ要素のアレイを含むポンプユニットと、
細胞培養培地を容れるように構成された複数の培地ウェルのアレイを含む流体源ユニットを含んでおり、
前記培地ウェルは、前記ポンプ要素と流体連通しており、前記ポンプ要素は、前記培地ウェルから前記細胞ウェルへと細胞培養培地を送り出すように構成され、
前記流体が前記複数の細胞ウェルのアレイから前記複数の培地ウェルのアレイへと流れるための、少なくとも1つの戻り経路をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記細胞ウェルは、それぞれ、多孔質構造を有する足場を容れるように適合かつ構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記細胞ウェルは、それぞれ、2次元の足場を容れるように適合かつ構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記細胞ウェルは、それぞれ、3次元の足場を容れるように適合かつ構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記3次元の足場は、1方向に整列した孔隙を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記足場は、管形状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記足場の内部構造に流体を直接供給可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記戻り経路は、単一の細胞ウェルおよび単一の培地ウェルと流体連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記潅流ユニットは、前記ポンプユニットに取外し可能に結合できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各ポンプ要素は、流体ポートをその中に有する流体ステムを含んでおり、各ステムは、前記細胞ウェルへと延びるように適合かつ構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 各細胞ウェルは、それに結合された、前記ステムの一部分をその内部で受けるように構成された足場を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体源ユニットは、前記ポンプユニットに取外し可能に結合できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポンプ要素は、少なくとも1つの一方向弁を含み、空気圧によって動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数のウェルユニットのアレイを含む足場キャリアカートリッジをさらに含んでおり、細胞接着足場を各ウェルユニット内に位置決めすることができ、前記カートリッジは、各ウェルユニットが前記潅流ユニットの細胞ウェルと位置合わせされるように前記潅流ユニットと結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
