Description
前記製品情報コードに含まれる情報を少なくとも表示する表示部と、
前記電気融着継手に電力を供給する融着電力供給部と、
前記製品情報コードに含まれる情報を前記表示部に表示させると共に前記製品情報コードに基づいて前記電気融着継手に必要とされる電力量を供給する制御を行う制御部と、
を有する電気融着装置であって、
前記樹脂管と前記電気融着継手との接続施工の進行状況を確認するための確認スイッチと、
前記電気融着継手に対応する接続施工の施工手順を工程毎に記憶する記憶部と、
が設けられ、
前記制御部は前記製品情報コードが入力されたときに、該入力された製品情報コードに基づいて、該製品情報コードに対応する前記電気融着継手の接続施工の施工手順を表示可能な状態とし、前記確認スイッチが押される毎に順次前記工程毎の施工手順を前記表示部に表示させる電気融着装置を特徴としている。

が前記記憶部に記憶されて、
前記製品情報コードと、

が前記接続施工の終了後に確認可能とされていることも特徴としている。
図1(a)において、1はポリオレフィン樹脂製の樹脂管であり、2Aはソケット型の電気融着継手である。
制御部10による制御の流れを、図5に示されるフローチャート図に基づいて説明する。
品番がHES75Nのソケット型の電気融着継手を用いて樹脂管1,1同士を接続する場合を例にして電気融着装置3の使用方法を説明する。
本実施例の電気融着装置3は、接続施工が完了した後に、入力キー6dを操作することにより、記憶部12に記憶された製品情報コードC及び時刻データT1,T2を表示部6eに表示させることができるようになっている。
電気融着継手に対応する接続施工の施工手順が工程毎に記憶されており、確認ボタン6cを押す毎に製品情報コードCに対応した接続施工の施工手順を表示できるので、作業者は工程毎の施工手順を確認しつつ作業を進めて行くことができ、施工手順を確認しつつ作業を進めて行くことにより、各工程の施工手順の誤りを解消することができるだけでなく、施工工程自体を抜かしてしまう可能性を低減することができる。

Claims (1)
- 樹脂管を接続する電気融着継手に付されかつ該電気融着継手の種類と大きさと接続時に必要な電力量とに関するデータを少なくとも含む製品情報コードを入力する製品コード入力手段と、
前記製品情報コードに含まれる情報を少なくとも表示する表示部と、
前記電気融着継手に電力を供給する融着電力供給部と、
前記製品情報コードに含まれる情報を前記表示部に表示させると共に前記製品情報コードに基づいて前記電気融着継手に必要とされる電力量を供給する制御を行う制御部と、
を有する電気融着装置であって、
前記樹脂管と前記電気融着継手との接続施工の進行状況を確認するための確認スイッチと、
前記電気融着継手に対応する接続施工の施工手順を工程毎に記憶する記憶部と、
が設けられ、
前記制御部は前記製品情報コードが入力されたときに、該入力された製品情報コードに基づいて、該製品情報コードに対応する前記電気融着継手の接続施工の施工手順を表示可能な状態とし、前記確認スイッチが押される毎に順次前記工程毎の施工手順を前記表示部に表示させるとともに、
年月日を含めて計時可能な時計部が設けられ、
前記製品情報コードと、
該製品情報コードが入力された時刻を示すデータと、
前記確認スイッチが押された時刻を示すデータと、
が前記記憶部に記憶されて、
前記製品情報コードと、
該製品情報コードが入力された時刻と、
前記確認スイッチが押された時刻と、
が前記接続施工の終了後に確認可能とされていることを特徴とする電気融着装置。
