Claims (7)
- 透明基板、絶縁基板、複数の支持体、複数の行電極、複数の列電極及び複数のピクセルユニットを含む電界放出表示装置において、
前記透明基板と絶縁基板は、前記支持体に支持され、分離して設置され、
前記複数の行電極及び前記複数の列電極が前記絶縁基板上で交叉して、複数の格子が形成され、各々の格子に一つのピクセルユニットが設置され、
前記ピクセルユニットが、陽極電極、陰極電極、陰極放出体及び蛍光体層を含み、
前記陽極電極と前記陰極電極が分離して設置され、該陰極電極が列電極に電気的に接続され、該陽極電極が行電極に電気的に接続され、
前記陰極放出体が前記陰極電極に電気的に接続され、前記陽極電極と分離して設置され、
前記蛍光体層が前記陽極電極の表面に形成されることを特徴とする電界放出表示装置。 - 前記陰極放出体の一端が前記陰極電極に電気的に接続され、
前記陰極放出体のもう一端が前記陽極電極に対向し、分離して設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電界放出表示装置。 - 前記陰極放出体の、前記陰極電極から離れた端部と前記陽極電極との間の距離は、1マイクロメートル以上200マイクロメートル以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電界放出表示装置。
- 前記陰極放出体は、平行し、等間隔に配置された複数の電子放出体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電界放出表示装置。
- 前記隣接する電子放出体の間の距離は、1ナノメートル以上100ナノメートル以下であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電界放出表示装置。
- 前記複数の電子放出体は、線状構造であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の電界放出表示装置。
- 前記複数の電子放出体は、珪素線、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボン繊維、カーボンナノチューブワイヤの一種又は数種であることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の電界放出表示装置。
