Claims (20)
- プラスチック材料で形成した第1部品を、第2部品に対して接合する際に、接合要素を前記第1部品に適用する方法であって、
該接合要素は、熱可塑性樹脂材料及び/又は熱硬化性樹脂材料で形成した支持プレートを有し、該支持プレートが接続手段及び支持プレート孔を備えており、
前記方法が、
孔を前記第1部品に開けるステップと、
前記支持プレートを前記第1部品に溶接するステップと、
前記第2部品に配置した結合手段を前記接続手段に組み込むことによって、前記第1部品と前記第2部品とを接合するステップを含む方法。 - 前記支持プレートへの溶接前に、少なくとも接合領域において、該支持プレートとの溶接性を得るための界面層を有する、熱硬化性樹脂製の前記第1部品を用意するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持プレートを前記第1部品に溶接すること及び前記孔を前記第1部品に開けることを、ほぼ同時に行う、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持プレートを前記第1部品に溶接した後で、前記接続手段を前記支持プレートに組み込んで固定するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持プレートを摩擦溶接によって前記第1部品に溶接する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法を用いて、第1部品と第2部品との間の接合を得るための接合要素であって、
前記第1部品に固定するように形成されて支持プレート孔を含む支持プレートと、
前記支持プレートに受け入れられるように構成した接続手段と、を備え、
前記接続手段は、前記第2部品との接合が得られるように、該第2部品に配置される結合手段を組み込むために構成され、
前記第1部品は、プラスチック材料で形成されており、
前記支持プレートは、前記第1部品に対して溶接可能に構成される、接合要素。 - 前記支持プレート及び/又は前記接続手段が、熱可塑性樹脂材料及び/又は熱硬化性樹脂材料で形成された、請求項6に記載の接合要素。
- 前記支持プレート及び/又は前記接続手段が繊維補強材を有する、請求項6又は7に記載の接合要素。
- 前記支持プレート及び/又は前記接続手段がポリエーテル・エーテル・ケトン(PEEK)及び/又はポリエーテルイミド(PEI)で形成される、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の接合要素。
- 前記接続手段が前記支持プレートにおいて着脱可能に受け入れられる、請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の接合要素。
- 前記支持プレートが2つ以上の保持用カムを備え、該保持用カムが前記支持プレート孔に関して側方に配置され、その各々が1つのリセス部を備えており、該リセス部が、前記接続手段を着脱可能に固定するための固定手段を受け止める、請求項6から10のいずれか1項に記載の接合要素。
- 前記接続手段がスクリューナットである、請求項6から11のいずれか1項に記載の接合要素。
- 前記結合手段がスタッドであり、前記第1部品と前記第2部品との間の堅固な接合を得るために、スクリューナットにネジ留めされるように構成した、請求項6から12のいずれか1項に記載の接合要素。
- プラスチック材料で形成した第1部品と、第2部品との接合を、接合要素によって得るために、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載した方法を実施する装置であって、
前記第1部品と前記接合要素との間に溶接ジョイントを生じさせるために、前記接合要素を受け入れるためのクランプ装置を含む駆動装置をさらに備え、
前記クランプ装置は、前記接合要素の前記支持プレートと前記第1部品との間の溶接を得るために、直線的及び/又は回転的に周期振動する運動をもって前記駆動装置によって駆動されるように構成した、装置。 - 前記装置が規定圧をもってクランプ装置により前記第1部品の上面で前記接合要素の支持プレートを押圧するように構成された、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記第1部品の底面の領域に配置した対抗部材によって、圧力に起因する前記第1部品の歪みが主に回避される、請求項14又は15に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプ装置は、溶接作業中に前記接合要素を、前記第1部品の孔へと導いてセンタリングを行うためのパイロットピンを備える、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記パイロットピンがさらに、溶接作業中、前記第1部品に孔を開けるための穿孔具として設けられた、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動装置によって前記クランプ装置に与えられる、直線的及び/又は回転的に周期振動する運動の周波数及び/又は振幅を制御するように構成した制御及び調整装置をさらに備える、請求項14から18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御及び調整装置が溶接作業の適切な終了を示すための1つ以上の送信器を備える、請求項19に記載の装置。
