Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は合成樹、脂成形品と金属製平ワツシヤーの固着
方法に関するものである。。
プラスチック成形品に対してその補強、各種部品の取付
け、あるいけ電気部品の電気回路の形成においてはイン
サート成形が一般に使用されるが、全屋上インサート成
形が不可能な立体品の場合には溶接、接着手段が用いら
れる。平ワツシヤーを接着、溶接固定した樹脂成型、品
が他の部品と共に都立て部品と[7て製品化されるとき
に振動衝、撃やその他の外部衝撃を受ければ平ワツシヤ
ーの固定部は接着強度が弱いため極めて自由に離脱して
しまいリベツ、ト締めやその他の後の作条能率を著しく
低竺する結果をまねく。又、前記接着、溶着手段竺手数
を要して非能率的である。この発明は上記の欠点を除去
するために開発完成されたもので、取着が簡便容易であ
ると共に、取着強度が従来に比して著しく強力な平ワツ
シヤーの取付方法を提供することを目的とする。
以下に好ましい実施例としてジェットスキーのハンドル
部に、波乗りやジャンプ時に乗員の胸部を保護するため
に取付けられる組立部品のハンドルバットについてその
詳細な実□前例図に沿って説明する。尚、ハンドルバッ
トは図示していないがブロー成形されるバットハンドル
表皮と発泡成形されるバットハンドルクッションプレー
トト図示されている射出成形されたバットボトムプレー
トから成り、バットボトムプレートを底板にして同 □
−形形状前記クッションプレー)t−重ね合わせ、これ
らを袋状の前記表皮で重合体としてカバーし、かつ、前
記バットボトムプレートの下側周縁に接する表皮の端末
部分を同プレートにタンカー止めして組立部品として製
品化する。これらの組立部品は、ジェットスキーのハン
ドル部にバット部品としてリベット締め固定するために
、前記バットボトムプレートには複数のリベット孔を有
し、がつ、このリベット孔縁に固着された平ワツシヤー
を具備している。
第1図は、バットボトムプレート1の斜視図で同プレー
トは任意形状に射出成形され、周縁部や隅部に相当する
適宜位置にいくつかのリベット孔2を有する。又、前記
リベット□孔2全中心とした外側の円周上にはいく本か
の柱状リブ6を成形により突出させる。この柱状リプ6
の位置づけは平ワツシヤー4の大・小径に応じて予じめ
計算されており、第2図の一部の平面に示すように柱状
リブ6にかこまれた内部範囲に自由な移動を阻止して軸
孔を合わせて平ワツシヤー4を保有スる。、第3図は平
ワンシャー4の固着部の断面図で、このような固着構造
を形成するために第4図に示す固着方法が使用される。
即ち、柱状リブ6とその内部範囲の中心にリベット孔2
を有するバットボトムプレート1は受け治具5に支持さ
れ、この治具に対して上下に可動する所要のストローク
を有する加熱体6によって溶着形成する。受は治具5は
受け端面5aの中心に上面に開口した案内盲孔5bを有
する。
バットボトムプレート1柱状リプ6にかこまれた内部プ
レート面に平ワツシヤー4yk載置し柱状リプ5ftス
トツパとしてガイド支持□し、リベット孔2の平ワツシ
ヤー4の中心孔’4a14aして位置づけ、前記受は治
具□5に載置子゛る゛。
加熱体6は前記受は治具5に対設し下側面にシールロッ
ド6ai有し、かつ、その外径は前記平ワツシヤー4と
略同径かそれ以下゛にっくちれており、このシールセッ
ト6aの下端面にヒートプレニ)6bを設けて外部の加
熱源に導−ぎせる=6Cはガイドロンドでシールセット

作□シ、ヒートプレニト6bを平ワツシヤー4に圧接し
ながら加熱する。平ワツシヤー4は柱状す7”3に支持
セれているため、この加熱された平ワツシヤー4はバッ
トボトムプレート1の載置面及びその外□周一部を溶融
して内厚内に所要深さだけ埋没し、溶融したプレート材
は平ワツシヤー4の外周側に膨出し、外周上面側に膨出
した環状係止部7を形成する。平ワツシヤー4の埋め込
み深さは予じめ決められており、実施したバットボトム
プレート1は2rrimの厚味をもつため、1mmに設
定し、これに対応してシールドロッド6aのメ・トわ−
りも決定されている。第3図の固着部の断面図に示すよ
うに溶融した部分゛が冷却固化することにより平ワツシ
ヤー4は溶融凹部8に埋没して溶着され、かつ、環状□

本発明は以上のようにバントホト云プレ]ト1のリベッ
ト孔2y同軸で、柱状リブ6でガイド支持されて載置さ
五た平ワツシヤー4は載置面の溶融凹部に埋設して溶着
され、かつ、環状係止部によシ支持されて溶着されるか
ら、従来の固着手段に比し、て著し七簡単に行ない得、
かつ、固着強度0を高め、ワッシャーの紛失を防いで後
に行なわれる取付作業の能率化を図れるものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. リベット孔2のよう表頁通孔を有する肉薄に成形された
    。任意形状のボトムプレート1に回礼を中心にした外、
    側円周上で:いく本かの柱状リプ6を形成し、前記リブ
    にかと、まれだ当該プレー、卜面に支持軍、合し、た平
    ワンシャー4t−中心に案内盲孔5b、を有、する下側
    の受け治具5と〜この治具の上面に対設し2、かつ・、
    ・これに・対する一定のストロークを保有、1て下端に
    前記案内盲孔に入り込むガイドロッド6Cと、この上方
    に連設し前記平ワツシヤー、より小径、で加熱用のヒ、
    −ドブレート6bを有するシールロン、、ドロal備え
    た加2熱体6を用いて、ガイドF+:ツ下を率内盲孔に
    挿入しながらヒートプレートラワッシャー上面に当接す
    ることにより当該ワクシ。ヤニを加熱して、平ワツシヤ
    ーの載置面およびその周辺部のプレート素材を溶融し、
    との載置面につくられる溶融凹部およびその周縁に環状
    に膨出した溶融素材により平ワツシヤーを溶着すること
    を特徴とする合成樹脂製プレートと平ワツシヤーとの固
    着方法。
