Claims (9)
- 航空宇宙産業において用いられる繊維複合部品(21)を製造するための成形コア(10)用の接続デバイス(1)であって、
前記成形コア(10)に媒体を適用するために前記成形コア(10)の結合部(26、26’)を受止める基部(2)と、
前記成形コア(10)の前記結合部(26、26’)を前記基部(2)に固定すると共に封止するクランプ部(3)と、
前記基部(2)及び前記成形コア(10)の前記結合部(26、26’)に対して前記クランプ部(3)を固定するロック機構(5)とを備え、
前記ロック機構(5)は、クリップ及びレバー(22)を具備するクランプデバイスを有することを特徴とする接続デバイス(1)。 - 前記成形コア(10)の前記結合部(26、26’)は、前記成形コア(10)に対する遷移要素として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続デバイス(1)。
- 前記基部(2)は、前記結合部(26、26’)を受止めるための受止部(32)を有し、
該受止部(32)は、前記結合部(26、26’)の内側断面形状に合致するような外側断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接続デバイス(1)。 - 前記クランプ部(3)は、前記基部(2)上を移動可能に案内されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の接続デバイス(1)。
- 前記クランプ部(3)は、前記ロック機構(5)によって、第1の位置及び第2の位置に移動可能であり、
前記第1の位置は、前記基部(2)の前記受止部(32)において受止められた前記結合部(26、26’)を解放するための位置であり、
前記第2の位置は、前記基部(2)及び前記結合部(26、26’)に対して前記クランプ部(3)を固定するための位置であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の接続デバイス(1)。 - 少なくとも1つの封止部材(4)が、前記基部(2)及び前記結合部(26、26’)に対して前記結合部(26、26’)を封止するために前記基部(2)と前記クランプ部(3)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れかに記載の接続デバイス(1)。
- 前記基部(2)は、前記成形コア(10)に媒体を適用するための少なくとも1つの挿通孔(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れかに記載の接続デバイス(1)。
- 前記基部(2)は、電源から前記成形コア(10)の電気的なユニットに電気エネルギーを伝送するための少なくとも1つの接続構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れかに記載の接続デバイス(1)。
- 前記基部(2)の前記挿通孔(9)は、前記成形コア(10)及び/またはその内部空間(11)を機能させるための少なくとも1つのツールを案内すると共に固定するために形成されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の接続デバイス(1)。
