Description
本発明に係る成形体は、乳酸系樹脂(A)、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)および無機フィラー(C)を含む樹脂組成物(D)から形成される。
本発明において、「乳酸系樹脂」とは、L−乳酸および/またはD−乳酸を主たる構成成分とする重合体および該重合体を主成分とする重合体組成物を意味する。
ドロキシカルボン酸類の環状二量体、たとえばラクタイドやグリコライド、またはε−カプロラクトンのような環状エステル中間体を開環重合させる方法により得られる。
本発明において、「ポリプロピレン系樹脂」とは、構成単位としてプロピレン単位を少なくとも1モル%以上含有するポリオレフィンを意味する。
スタルKM160」(商標)などが挙げられる。核剤は1種単独で用いても、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。上記核剤は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)中に、通常0〜1重量%、好ましくは0.1〜0.5重量%の量で配合される。
〔無機フィラー(C)〕
本発明で用いられる無機フィラー(C)としては、一般的に公知なものを使用できる。具体的には、タルク、シリカ、マイカ、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、水酸化マグネシウム、酸化チタン、亜硫酸カルシウム、ホワイトカーボン、クレー、モンモリロナイト、硫酸カルシウムなどが挙げられる。これらの中では、マイカ、タルクおよび炭酸カルシウムが好ましく、得られる成形品の耐熱性および耐衝撃強度が高くなることから、タルクが特に好ましく用いられる。
本発明の成形体の製造に用いられる樹脂組成物(D)は、上記乳酸系樹脂(A)、ポリ
プロピレン系樹脂(B)および無機フィラー(C)を含有する。各成分の含有量としては、乳酸系樹脂(A)およびポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)の合計を100重量部とした場合、乳酸系樹脂(A)の含有量は30〜70重量部、好ましくは40〜60重量部、特に好ましくは45〜55重量部であり、プロピレン系樹脂(B)の含有量は70〜30重量部、好ましくは60〜40重量部、特に好ましくは55〜45重量部である。また、無機フィラー(C)については、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲内で用途に応じて適宜添加量を決定することができるが、乳酸系樹脂(A)およびポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)の合計100重量部に対し、好ましくは3〜30重量部、より好ましくは5〜30重量部、特に好ましくは8〜30重量部の範囲の量で用いることが望ましい。各成分の含有量が上記範囲内にあることにより、動摩擦係数の低い成形体、すなわち、しっとりとした滑らかな触感を有する成形体を得ることができる。
本発明に係る成形体は、上記樹脂組成物(D)を、公知の方法および装置を用いて成形することにより得られる。
本発明の成形体は、特に限定されることなく様々な用途に用いることができる。たとえば、自動車部品、家電材料部品、電気・電子部品、建材部材、土木部材、農業資材、日用品、一般産業用途、レクリエーション用途、医療もしくは衛生用品などが挙げられる。これらの中でも、高級感ある触感が求められている自動車部品などに好適に用いることができる。
以下、実施例に基づいて本発明をより具体的に説明するが、本発明はこれら実施例に限定されるものではない。
乳酸系樹脂(A)としてポリ乳酸(A−1)[重量平均分子量:16万、比重:1.25、L体/D体=98.7/1.3]50重量部と、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)としてポリプロピレン(B−1)[230℃測定MFR:25g/10分、比重:0.91、ノルマルデカンに可溶な成分量:8%]50重量部と、無機フィラー(C)としてタルク(C−1)[富士タルク工業株式会社製;平均粒子径:4.2μm、見掛け密度:0.13g/ml、白色度:98.5%]10重量部とを、ヘンシェルミキサーで均一にブレンドし、二軸押出機(東芝機械株式会社製「TEM35BS」)を用いて、シリンダー温度200℃で溶融混練した後、ペレット化して樹脂組成物(D)を得た。得られたペレットを除湿乾燥機を用いて80℃で8時間乾燥した。次に、得られたペレットを、射出成形機(東洋機械金属株式会社製「Ti−80G2」)を用いて、シリンダー設定温度200℃、金型温度30℃、射出および保圧の合計時間10秒、冷却時間15秒の条件にて射出成形し、2mm厚の角板(120mm×130mm)を得た。得られた角板の動摩擦係数は0.27であった。結果を表1に示す。
表1に示した組成比の樹脂組成物を実施例1と同様にして製造し、角板を成形し、動摩擦係数の測定を行った。結果を表1に示す。なお、無機フィラー(C)として、実施例8ではタルク(C−2)[富士タルク工業株式会社製;平均粒子径:3.8μm、見掛け密度:0.11g/ml、白色度:98.0%]を用い、実施例9ではタルク(C−3)[林化成株式会社製;平均粒子径:2.7μm、見掛け密度:0.18g/ml、白色度:95.0%]を用い、実施例10では、タルク(C−4)[松村産業株式会社製;平均粒子径:8μm、見掛け密度:0.25g/ml、白色度:97.0%]を用いた。
乳酸系樹脂(A)としてポリ乳酸(A−1)10重量部、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)としてポリプロピレン(B−1)90重量部、無機フィラー(C)としてタルク(C−1)10重量部を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物(D)を製造し、実施例1と同様の方法で成形し、動摩擦係数を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
表1に示した組成比の樹脂組成物を実施例1と同様にして製造し、角板を成形し、動摩擦係数の測定を行った。結果を表1に示す。なお、比較例4では、無機フィラー(C)として、タルク(C−5)[富士タルク工業株式会社製;平均粒子径:16μm、見掛け密度:0.30g/ml、白色度:95.0%]を用いた。
Claims (5)
- 乳酸系樹脂(A)40〜60重量部と、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)60〜40重量部と、該成分(A)および(B)の合計100重量部に対して無機フィラー(C)5〜30重量部とからなる樹脂組成物(D)から形成され、動摩擦係数が0.20〜0.33であることを特徴とする成形体。
- 前記無機フィラー(C)が、マイカ、炭酸カルシウムおよびタルクからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の無機フィラーであり、その平均粒子径が2〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形体。
- 射出成形により成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の成形体。
- 自動車用部品であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の成形体。
- 乳酸系樹脂(A)40〜60重量部と、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)60〜40重量部と、該成分(A)および(B)の合計100重量部に対して無機フィラー(C)5〜30重量部とからなる樹脂組成物(D)を射出成形することを特徴とする動摩擦係数が0.20〜0.33である成形体の製造方法。
