Claims (7)
- 原料である有機廃棄物を、温度が200〜650℃、圧力が0.1〜22.1MPaの高温高圧条件下で水熱分解して燃料ガスを製造するシステムであって、内部に搬送機構を有する管型の燃料ガス生成反応器を備え、その出口に近い側に酸化剤投入口を設け、原料投入口に近い側に燃料ガス取出口を設けることにより、原料搬送方向と酸化剤流動方向とを逆向きとしたことを特徴とする燃料ガス製造システム。
- 原料である有機廃棄物を、温度が200〜650℃、圧力が0.1〜22.1MPaの高温高圧条件下で水熱分解して燃料ガスを製造するシステムであって、内部に搬送機構を有する管型の燃料ガス生成反応器を備え、この燃料ガス生成反応器が、燃料ガス取出口を有する燃料ガス生成部と、その原料進行方向の後段に配置された酸化剤投入口を有する酸化部とから構成され、それらの間が二重ダンパーまたはバルブにより区画されていることを特徴とする燃料ガス製造システム。
- 酸化部から取り出された排ガスの保有熱を、燃料ガス生成部の加熱に利用することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料ガス製造システム。
- 酸化部における酸化剤投入口を、原料と接触する下面側あるいは原料表面から50mm以内の位置に設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料ガス製造システム。
- 酸化部における酸化剤投入口を、複数に分割したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料ガス製造システム。
- 酸化剤が、酸素、空気、過酸化酸素水から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料ガス製造システム。
- 酸化剤の投入量が、原料中の炭素、水素、窒素を完全に酸化させるに必要な量の5〜80%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料ガス製造システム。
