Claims (11)
- 少なくとも第1および第2の構成要素を備えた、風力設備のためのロータブレードであって、
前記第1の構成要素はロータブレード先端部を備え、前記第2の構成要素はロータブレード基底部を備え、
前記第1および第2の構成要素は個別の部品であって、結合して前記ロータブレードを形成するロータブレードにおいて、
前記第1の構成要素(10)は第1の材料で形成され、前記第2の構成要素(20)は第2の材料で形成され、
前記第2の構成要素(20)は少なくとも第1および第2の部品(22,24)を備え、該部品が結合して前記第2の構成要素(20)を形成し、
前記第1の部品はロードベアリング部(22)であり、前記第2の部品はブレードトレーリングエッジボックス(24)であり、
前記第1の部品(22)は第2の材料を含み、前記第2の部品は第3の材料を含み、
前記第1の材料として繊維強化型合成樹脂が使用され、前記第2の構成要素(20)の前記ロードベアリング部(22)のための前記第2の材料として鋼が使用されており、前記ブレードトレーリングエッジボックス(24)の1つの部品または複数の部品のための第3の材料としてアルミニウムが使用されていることを特徴とするロータブレード。 - 前記ブレードトレーリングエッジボックス(24)は複数の部品に分割されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータブレード。
- 前記第1の構成要素(10)の長さは、前記ロータブレード全体の長さの約6分の5乃至2分の1の相当し、前記第2の構成要素(20)の長さは前記ロータブレード(1)全体の長さの約6分の1乃至2分の1の相当していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロータブレード。
- 前記第2の構成要素(20)の少なくとも前記ロードベアリング(22)は基底部においてアクセス可能に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のロータブレード。
- 前記ロータブレード(1)の前記第1および第2の構成要素間の接続は突合せ結合を伴っており、結合ギャップを橋渡しするための接続要素は前記ロータブレード(1)内に含まれるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のロータブレード。
- 前記接続要素はクロスボルト(12)、締結要素(14)および前記第2の構成要素(20)のロータブレードの内側に向けられたL型フランジ(26)を備え、前記クロスボルト(12)は前記第1の構成要素(10)の開口内に受容され、前記締結要素(14)は前記L型フランジ(26)を貫通して延伸して前記クロスボルト(12)に接続され、そこで固定されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のロータブレード。
- 前記クロスボルト(12)を受容するための前記第1の構成要素(10)内の前記開口は、前記第1の構成要素(10)の内側から止まり穴として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のロータブレード。
- 特に請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の風力設備のためのロータブレードであって、該ロータブレードは、
前記ロータブレード先端部を備えた前記第1の構成要素と、
前記ロータブレード基底部を備えた前記第2の構成要素と、
を具備し、
前記第1および第2の構成要素は個別部品の形態で形成されており、該部品が結合して前記ロータブレードを形成し、
前記第2の構成部品は、少なくとも1つの前記第1のロードベアリング部(22)と、前記ブレードトレーリングエッジボックス(24)として形成された少なくとも1つの前記第2の部品と、を備え、
前記ロータブレードはモジュール構造であり、異なった寸法の前記ロータブレード先端部は前記ロードベアリング部(22)、および/または前記ロードベアリング部(22)の異なった寸法の前記ブレードトレーリングエッジボックス(24)に固定されることが可能であることを特徴とするロータブレード。 - 前記ロータブレード先端部(10)は、さまざまな幾何学的形状に関連して事前に画定された接触面(10a)を備え、
前記ロータブレードトレーリングエッジボックス(24)は、さまざまな寸法を伴って事前に画定された接触面(24a)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のロータブレード。 - 前記ロータブレード先端部(10)の前記接触面(10a)は前記ロードベアリング部(22)の第1の接触面(22a)に適合され、
前記ブレードトレーリングエッジボックス(24)の前記接触面(24a)は前記ロードベアリング部(22)の第2の接触面(22b)に適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のロータブレード。 - 少なくとも1つの、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のロータブレードを具備した風力設備。
