Description
以下、本発明の実施形態を、図面及びフローチャートを参照しながら説明する。
先ず、熱収縮管として、PFA(テトラフルオロエチレン・パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体)チューブ(グンゼ社製)、FEP(テトラフルオロエチレン・ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体)チューブ(グンゼ社製)、シリコーン製チューブ(信越化学社製)及びポリオレフィン系チューブ(住友化学株式会社製のスミチューブ(登録商標)を使用)を使用した。
先ず、熱収縮管として、FEP(テトラフルオロエチレン・ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体)チューブ(グンゼ社製)を使用した。該熱収縮管においては「35φ×0.25t」長さ300mmのものを用いた。

Claims (14)
- 高分子材料から成る成型品を製造し、後に前記成型品の径や厚さ等の形状を調整するための加熱による再加工時における、前記成型品の熱収縮を制御する収縮制御方法であって、前記成型品は、ショットブラスト処理により、前記成型品の表面を、全体又は部分的に模様を加飾することで、前記加熱による熱収縮が制御されることを特徴とする収縮制御方法。
- 前記高分子材料は、フッ素樹脂、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、シリコーン系樹脂、スチレンブタジエン共重合体、ポリイソプレン、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート又はポリエステルのいずれかである請求項1に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記ショットブラスト処理は、圧力を0.1〜3MPaで行う請求項1又は2に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記ショットブラスト処理は、セラミック、金属、ガラス、炭化ケイ素、プラスチック又は植物の種子のいずれかをブラスト材として使用する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記セラミックがアルミナ又はジルコニアのいずれかである請求項4に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記金属が鉄、スチール、亜鉛、銅、又はステンレス鋼のいずれかである請求項4に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記模様が、ストライプ状、格子状、渦巻状、らせん状、ダブルヘリカル又はドット柄のいずれか1つである請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記模様が、ストライプ状、格子状、渦巻状、らせん状、ダブルヘリカル又はドット柄のうち少なくとも2種以上組み合わせて成る請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記成型品が熱収縮管である請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記成型品が高分子フィルムである請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記成型品が照明器具用被覆材である請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記成型品が異径パイプ接合用径違い管である請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 前記成型品が人工血管である請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の収縮制御方法を使用して成る熱収縮管を被覆したことを特徴とするロール。
