Description
Claims (17)
- ダイヤフラム弁において、
頂部密封面(222)と底部密封面(224)とを形成する弁体(206)と、
行程軸線に沿って第一の位置と第二の位置との間を動く形態とされたダイヤフラム(328)を備え、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記ダイヤフラムが前記第一の位置にあるとき前記頂部密封面(222)を密封するよう構成された上方ダイヤフラム膜(308)と、前記ダイヤフラムが前記第二の位置にあるとき前記底部密封面(224)を密封するよう構成された下方ダイヤフラム膜(310)と、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(308)と前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(310)の間の中央部分(312)であって、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(308)を前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(310)に対して連結すると共に前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(308)を前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(310)に対して隔てた関係に保持する中央部分(312)とを備え、
前記ダイヤフラムは単一物から製造される、ダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(308)は、実質的に第一の平面内に形成され、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(310)は、実質的に第二の平面内に形成され、前記第一の平面は前記第二の平面に対して平行である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラム(328)は、弾性材料からなり、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(308)は、前記ダイヤフラム弁内に取り付けられたとき、前記ダイヤフラム(328)を不作動位置に戻すボウル形状を有する、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項3に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(310)は、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(308)のボウル形状と整合したボウル形状を有する、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記頂部及び底部密封面(222、214)は、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(308)と前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(310)との間にある、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、
前記弁体(206)の頂側部に装着され、これにより前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(208)を前記弁体(206)と前記頂部板(202)との間に捕捉する形態とされた頂部板(202)と、
前記弁体(206)の底側部に装着され、これにより前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(210)を前記弁体(206)と前記底部板(204)との間にて捕捉する形態とされた底部板(204)とを更に備える、ダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、
前記上方ダイヤフラム膜に装着され且つ前記上方ダイヤフラム膜を取り囲む頂縁部(318)と、
前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に装着され且つ前記下方ダイヤフラム膜を取り囲む底縁部(320)とを更に備える、ダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラムは実質的に円形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラムは実質的に楕円形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラムは実質的に矩形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記行程軸線は、前記ダイヤフラムの中心線と同軸上にある、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラムは、前記行程軸線に対して放射方向に対称形である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラムは成形により製造される、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 頂部密封面と底部密封面とを形成する弁体と、行程軸線に沿って第一の位置と第二の位置との間を動くように構成されたダイヤフラムを備えたダイヤフラム弁であって、前記ダイヤフラムは、前記ダイヤフラムが前記第一の位置にあるとき前記頂部密封面を密封するよう構成された上方ダイヤフラム膜と、前記ダイヤフラムが前記第二の位置にあるとき前記底部密封面を密封するよう構成された下方ダイヤフラム膜と、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜と前記下方ダイヤフラム膜の間の中央部分(312)であって、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜を前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に対して連結すると共に前記上方ダイヤフラム膜を前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に対して隔てた関係に保持する中央部分とを備え、前記ダイヤフラムが単一物から製造される、ダイヤフラム弁の組み立て方法において、
前記上方ダイヤフラム膜又は前記下方ダイヤフラム膜を圧縮するステップと、
前記圧縮された上方ダイヤフラム膜又は下方ダイヤフラム膜を前記弁体の中央開口部を通して挿入するステップ(404)と、
前記弁体が前記上方ダイヤフラム膜と前記下方ダイヤフラム膜との間に捕捉されるよう前記上方ダイヤフラム膜又は前記下方ダイヤフラム膜を解放するステップ(406)と、
第一の板を前記弁体に装着し、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜が前記第一の板と前記弁体の第一の側部との間に保持されるようにするステップ(410)と、
第二の板を前記弁体に装着し、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜が前記第二の板と前記弁体の第二の側部との間に保持されるようにするステップ(412)とを備える、ダイヤフラム弁の組み立て方法。 - 請求項14に記載のダイヤフラム弁の組み立て方法において、前記第一の板は、レーザ溶接により前記弁体の第一の側部に装着される、ダイヤフラム弁の組み立て方法。
- 請求項14に記載のダイヤフラム弁の組み立て方法において、前記ダイヤフラムは、弾性材料からなり且つ前記弁体及び前記第一の板と相互作用することにより第一の位置に向けて偏倚される、ダイヤフラム弁の組み立て方法。
- 請求項14に記載のダイヤフラム弁の組み立て方法において、
前記第一の板が前記弁体に装着される前に、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜に装着された縁部を、前記弁体の前記第一の側部に形成された溝内に着座させるステップであって、前記第一の側部に形成された前記溝が前記中央開口部を取り囲む、前記第一の側部に形成された溝内に着座させるステップ(408)と、
前記第二の板が前記弁体に装着される前に、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に装着された縁部を、前記弁体の前記第二の側部に形成された溝内に着座させるステップであって、前記第二の側部に形成された前記溝が前記中央開口部を取り囲む、前記弁体の前記第二の側部に形成された溝内に着座させるステップ(408)とを更に備えた、ダイヤフラム弁の組み立て方法。
