Description
(循環箱内圧力、ダイスノズルの目詰まりおよび循環箱内温度の関係)
循環箱内の圧力が高圧となった場合における、ダイスノズルの目詰まりおよび循環箱内温度との関係について小型造粒機を用いて明らかにした。
循環箱内圧147kPa時 ダイスノズル目詰まり度:1.0
循環箱の内圧が高い程、目詰まりを起こし易いことがわかる。
循環箱内圧39kPa時 198℃
循環箱内圧147kPa時 197℃
となった。

Claims (4)
- 樹脂を溶融混練し、ペレットを形成する造粒部と、前記ペレットと前記ペレットを冷却する冷却水とを分離し、乾燥させた前記ペレットを貯蔵する捕集部と、前記冷却水を循環させる循環機構とを有し、前記循環機構は、前記造粒部の循環箱(4b)と前記捕集部の前記冷却水と前記ペレットを分離する冷却水脱水装置(10)とを接続する冷却水循環パイプ(8a)と、前記冷却水脱水装置(10)と前記循環機構の冷却水タンク(7)とを接続する冷却水循環パイプ(8b)と、前記冷却水タンク(7)と前記循環箱(4b)とを接続する冷却水循環パイプ(8c)とを有する水中カット造粒システムにおいて、
前記循環箱(4b)から前記冷却水脱水装置(10)へ向かう方向と、前記循環箱(4b)から前記冷却水タンク(7)へ向かう方向とのいずれか一方に冷却水の流れ方向を切換える電磁調整弁(23)が、前記冷却水循環パイプ(8a)の、前記冷却水脱水装置(10)よりも重力方向下方となる位置に設けられており、
前記電磁調整弁(23)と前記冷却水循環パイプ(8b)とを接続する冷却水循環バイパスパイプ(22)が、前記冷却水脱水装置(10)よりも重力方向下方となる位置に設けられていることを特徴とする水中カット造粒システム。 - 前記冷却水循環パイプ(8a)と、前記冷却水循環パイプ(8b)とを接続するプレ冷却水脱水装置(9)が前記冷却水循環パイプ(8a)に設けられており、
前記電磁調整弁(23)及び前記冷却水脱水装置(10)が前記プレ冷却水脱水装置(9)よりも重力方向下方となる位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水中カット造粒システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の水中カット造粒システムを用いるペレット製造方法であって、
前記水中カット造粒システムを再立上げする前に、前記造粒部の再立上げ前においては、前記電磁調整弁(23)は、前記冷却水脱水装置(10)の方向への流れを全閉とし、前記冷却水循環バイパスパイプ(22)の方向への流れを全開とする工程を含むペレット製造方法。 - 前記造粒部の運転時においては、前記電磁調整弁(23)は、前記冷却水脱水装置(10)の方向への流れを全開とし、前記冷却水循環バイパスパイプ(22)の方向への流れを全閉とする工程を含む、請求項3に記載のペレット製造方法。
