Description
1.8g/10分(ASTM 1238、条件I)のメルトインデックス及び0.919g/cm3(ASTM D−792)の密度を有する低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)中で約10重量%の3種類の核剤を使用して、3種類の溶融ブレンドを調製した。イルガノックス(Irganox)MD 1024(登録商標)の1,2−ビス(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシヒドロシンナモイル)−ヒドラジンを酸化防止剤として、上記溶融ブレンドに加えた。
キャパシタンス安定性、膨張率、及び表面品質に関して、実施例4及び5並びに比較例6〜8の評価を行った。
Claims (4)
- (a)内部導体と、
(b)外部導体と、
(c)前記内部導体を取り囲む発泡絶縁体であって、
(i)発泡性ポリマーと、
(ii)発泡剤と、
(iii)ポリ4−メチルペンテン−1、ポリ4−メチルヘキセン−1、ポリ5−メチルヘキセン−1、ポリ4−メチルヘプテン−1、ポリ5−メチルヘプテン−1、ポリ6−メチルヘプテン−1、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択され、平均粒度が0.1μm〜100μmの範囲にあり、かつ表面張力が30ダイン/cm未満(30×10 −5 N/cm未満)である粒子状非ハロゲン化非複素環式ポリオレフィン系核剤、
を含む絶縁組成物から調製される発泡絶縁体と、
を含む、同軸ケーブル。 - 前記核剤が、前記絶縁組成物の重量を基準にして0.01〜1.0重量%の量で加えられる、請求項1に記載の同軸ケーブル。
- 前記核剤が130℃〜240℃の間の範囲の融点を有する、請求項1に記載の同軸ケーブル。
- 前記核剤が、前記発泡性ポリマーの融点よりも少なくとも15℃高い融点を有する、請求項1に記載の同軸ケーブル。
