本発明は既設マンホールの側面孔と該側面孔に嵌入し接続する取付管との間の漏水等を修理するに当って、該マンホールの内部空間より該側面孔の全周を切削して形成する開削側面孔に金属鍔体に金属筒体を嵌挿してなる鍔付円筒継手を嵌入する装置において、該鍔付円筒継手内に該取付管が該側面孔に対して傾斜している場合もそのまま嵌入し得るように該取付管の傾斜角に合わせて金属筒体と金属鍔体を傾斜させて溶接して該開削側面孔に嵌挿するようにして、また、マンホールを現場打ちするときは鍔付円筒継手を構成する金属鍔体と金属筒体を取付管の傾斜に沿って傾斜溶接して側面孔部分に嵌挿するほか、金属鍔体を該マンホールの組付鉄筋に溶接し固定するようにして、かかる課題を解決するようにしたのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1乃至図8はマンホールの側面孔と取付管との間の継手部の修理についてのもので、マンホール1の内部空間に作業員が入って側面孔2部分の全周を切削して側面孔2を拡大する開削側面孔2aを形成する。この際、図2に示すように管下寸法が規定寸法を下回らないように留意する。円形の金属鍔体3の中ぐり部3aに金属筒体4を嵌入し、中間部分にて溶接して一体の鍔付円筒継手5を形成し、該鍔付円筒継手5を開削側面孔2a内にマンホール1の内部空間から挿入し、該継手5の金属筒体4の外端に内側からストッパー環6を掛止してV字二重構造ゴム輪7を内挿し、拡開リング10にてゴム輪7の中間部分を金属筒体4に押当て圧接し、該ゴム輪7の内側にヒューム管等の取付管9を嵌挿し、金属ワイヤー等にてなる締付けバンド11にて取付管9に圧着させる。なお取付管9の端部が損壊している場合にはマンホール1の内部空間より取付管と同形の短管を継ぎ補修することもある。11aは締付けバンド11のバンド溝である。なお、図5(b)に示すようにゴム輪7は内端にもストッパー環6aを設けて金属筒体4の内端に掛止することもある。また、図5(c)は一重構造ゴム輪8の例を示すものであり、いずれのゴム輪の場合もストッパー環6を図5(d)に示すようにコの字形に形成することもある。

なお、鍔付円筒継手5は図1(a)(b)に示すようにマンホール1が四角箱形のときは金属鍔体3と金属筒体4の内端を照応した直線形4aにて形成し、平面視円曲壁面のときは円曲形4bにて形成する。

また、金属筒体4の外側の開削側面孔2aは開削によって生じたコンクリートの破碎によるコンクリート粉に接着粘度の高いラテックスモルタルあるいは水膨張性セメントなどを混合して弾性目地材12として、これを充填して閉塞して修理を終えるのである。なお、12aはコイル形状等に形成して金属筒体4の外周面に取付けした弾性目地材12の離脱防止部材である。

以上、内部からの修理とともにマンホールにて説明してきたが、カルバートや本管に枝管,支管を接続する場合も同要領にて修理ができるものである。

図9乃至図10は傾斜を含んで地中配管された大口径管15の管端部のマンホール受口を形成するために、マンホール1aの現場打ち例を示すもので、現場打ちを利用して大口径管15を接続する側面孔16となる部分の適所に鉄筋17を菱形等にて組付けて、四角形等に形成した金属鍔体18の四隅等の接面個所を該鉄筋17に溶接して固定する。金属筒体19は大口径管15の傾斜角度に合わせて鍔体18の中ぐり部18aに傾斜挿入して中間部分にて溶接し、該金属筒体19内に前記した要領にてゴム輪8を掛止挿入して大口径管15を内嵌め支持して継手部21を形成し、現場打ちコンクリートにてマンホール1aを形成するのである。なお、金属鍔体18および金属筒体19の外側に弾性目地材の層を設けたり、水膨張性シール材を塗布するなどして現場打ちコンクリートとの間の接合を強固にし且つ一層の水漏れ防止を図ることもある。また金属鍔体18と金属筒体19は大口径管15の傾斜を計測しておいてあらかじめ溶接取付けしておいてももよい。なお、20は中ぐり部18aと金属筒体19間の溶接部を除ける窓孔20a付の補強板である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のようにして、既設マンホールの内部空間を利用して取付管の継手部の水漏れ等の修理ができることとなるので、安価にして作業に危険がなく安全にするという効果を生ずる。

しかも鍔付円筒継手を開削側面孔に嵌着し、ゴム輪にて取付管を受入れるので、継手部は堅牢で且つ可とう性に富むものになるという効果を生ずる。

金属鍔体が固定作用をするために継手部はさらに堅牢となる効果がある。

また、大口径管の受口としてマンホールの現場打ちを利用して側面孔部分に鉄筋を都合よく組付けて鍔付円筒継手を溶接して固定するとともに該継手部の金属筒体を大口径管の傾斜角に合わせて鍔体の中ぐり部に傾斜挿入して溶接するので堅牢であり、ゴム輪にて大口径管を支承するので可とう性に富んで大口径管の折損等を防止することができるという効果を生ずる。
