【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slant wall tube for manholes that is effectively used for the improvement of existing manholes, and in particular, a plurality of types of lid receiving frames having different outer diameters or bolt hole positions by bolts on the upper edge upper surface. The present invention relates to an inclined wall tube for manholes that can be firmly attached and fixed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, an assembly-type manhole, assembly-type penetration well, or the like, which is developed by the applicant of the present patent application, exemplified in Utility Model Document 1, Utility Model Document 2, Utility Model Document 3, etc. In existing manholes, etc., a slant wall is interposed between the main body of the manhole and a lid receiving frame that can cover the iron lid.
[0003]
The aforementioned slant wall tube is formed, for example, according to Utility Model Document 4, with the lower part having a larger diameter and the upper part having a smaller diameter as shown in a perspective view. When using a slanted wall tube with such a structure, the diameter of the entrance near the ground surface of the manhole embedded in the ground can be reduced, and therefore a small-diameter lid receiving frame and iron lid should be used. It is configured to be able to.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned conventional inclined wall tube is designed and manufactured in advance with a size corresponding to the outer diameter of the lid receiving frame installed on the upper edge thereof, the upper surface of the upper edge of the inclined wall tube has a specific lid receiving frame. It was formed to have a width dimension that can only be mounted, that is, a narrow width dimension.
[0006]
When installing a new manhole, the lid receiving frame to be used has been determined in advance, so there is no problem in using a slanted wall tube with a dimension matched to this lid receiving frame, but the existing manhole is improved. In order to solve all of these problems, the slanted wall tube used to do this needs to correspond to various lid receiving frames with different dimensions and bolt mounting and fixing positions installed in existing manholes. There were many problems.
[0007]
In particular, in recent years, there has been a problem that a large amount of rainwater flows into the sewers due to the promotion of urban pavement and the conversion of green spaces into residential land, and manhole iron covers float or scatter. .
[0008]
In the case of existing manholes, the major cause of the accident is that the lid receiving frame that supports the iron lid is not bolted to the slanted wall tube of the manhole, or the lid receiving frame is attached to the slanted wall tube via the bolt. Even in such a case, there is a problem that the coupling means between the two is destroyed by a large water pressure because the coupling between the two is not sufficient.
[0009]
Therefore, recently, in order to fundamentally solve the problems causing the above-mentioned accident, the pavement around the upper part of the existing manhole is excavated and attached to the slant wall pipe and this slant wall pipe. Remove the lid cover frame, replace the slant wall tube with a new slant wall tube, and work to firmly fix the lid rest frame conventionally used to this slant wall tube with bolts. Came.
[0010]
The slant wall tube for manholes according to the present invention is a completely new technology developed in view of the above-mentioned many problems of the prior art, and in particular, the upper surface of the slant wall tube is formed wide and the top surface thereof. A slant wall in which a plurality of insert anchors are arranged from the inside to the outside, so that several types of lid receiving frames with different diameters and bolt mounting positions can be firmly attached and fixed to the slant wall tube via bolts. It provides tube technology.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The slant wall tube for manholes according to the present invention is an invention in which the above-mentioned conventional problems are fundamentally improved, and the gist of the first invention is interposed between the straight wall tube of the manhole and the lid receiving frame. In the slant wall pipe used, the upper surface on the upper edge of the slant wall pipe is formed wide, and a plurality of insert anchors are arranged and embedded on the upper surface from the inside to the outside. This is a slanted wall tube for manholes.
[0012]
In the first invention described above, the upper surface of the upper edge of the inclined wall tube is formed wide, and a plurality of insert anchors are radially arranged on the upper surface from the inside to the outside. Several types of lid receiving frames having different diameters or holes for inserting bolts can be placed on the upper surface of the inclined wall tube. Then, after the bolt hole of the lid receiving frame placed on the upper surface is matched with the insert anchor of the slanted wall tube, the bolt can be inserted so that both can be firmly coupled via the bolt.
[0013]
The gist of the second invention of the slant wall tube for manholes according to the present invention is characterized in that the slant wall for manholes according to the first invention is characterized in that a water stop groove is provided at the lower inner edge of the slant wall tube. It is a tube.
[0014]
In the above-mentioned second invention, since the water stop groove is provided along the lower inner edge of the lower portion of the slant wall tube, when the slant wall tube is installed in the manhole housing, A gap due to a water stop groove can be formed between the inclined wall pipe and the wall. Therefore, by filling the gap with a sealing material, the joint between the housing and the inclined wall tube can be made completely watertight.
[0015]
The gist of the third invention of the inclined wall tube for manholes according to the present invention is that the predetermined portion of the lower outer peripheral wall of the inclined wall tube is formed in a substantially vertical shape so as to be thin. It is the inclined wall pipe for manholes of the 2nd invention.
[0016]
In the above-described third invention, since the predetermined portion of the lower outer peripheral wall of the slanted wall tube is formed to be substantially vertical and thin, the slanted wall tube can be made light and easy to handle. In addition, when the slanted wall tube is installed on the manhole housing main body, a stepped portion can be formed between the outer peripheral edge of the slanted wall tube and the upper surface of the manhole housing main body. Therefore, mortar can be applied to the stepped portion to more firmly join the manhole housing body and the slanted wall tube, and the joint portion of both can be constructed in a water-stop structure.
[0017]
According to a fourth aspect of the manhole slant wall pipe of the present invention, the manhole slant according to any one of the first to third aspects is characterized in that an insert anchor is embedded in a lower inner peripheral wall of the slant wall pipe. It is a wall tube.
[0018]
In the above-mentioned fourth invention, since the insert anchor is embedded in the lower inner peripheral wall of the slant wall tube, the slant wall tube is connected via the tightening plate by screwing a tightening bolt to the insert anchor. Can be tightly fixed to the existing manhole housing body.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0022]
The upper surface of the upper edge of the conventional inclined wall tube (not shown) is usually formed to be about 110 mm. However, in the inclined wall tube 1 of the present invention, the width of the upper surface 2a is increased as described above. It is formed to be 200 mm, which is about twice the conventional size.
[0023]
In the inclined wall tube 1 according to the present invention, since the width of the upper surface 2a of the upper edge 2 is increased, manholes having different outer diameters as shown in FIGS. 3 (a), 3 (b) and 3 (c). Any of the lid receiving frames 3, 4, and 5 can be installed. The outer diameter of the lid receiving frame 3 is 820 mm, the outer diameter of the lid receiving frame 4 is 900 mm, and the outer diameter of the lid receiving frame 5 is 1,000 mm.
[0024]
The lid receiving frames 3, 4, and 5 are provided with a plurality of bolt insertion portions 6 each formed of a hole, a kerf or the like at an arbitrary location. As is apparent from the drawing, these bolt insertion portions 6 are provided at six locations on the lid receiving frames 3 and 4, and are provided at four locations on the lid receiving frame 5. Further, these lid receiving frames 3, 4 and 5 are respectively covered with iron lids 3a, 4a and 5a so as to be freely opened and closed.
[0025]
The upper surface 2a of the upper edge 2 of the inclined wall tube 1 according to the present invention corresponds to the bolt insertion portions 6 of the lid receiving frames 3, 4, 5 described above, particularly in FIGS. 1 and 2 (b). As shown, the insert anchors 7 are embedded in a triple manner from the inside to the outside so that twelve of them are arranged on one circumference.
[0026]
As described above, when the insert anchors 7 are embedded concentrically on the upper surface 2a of the upper edge 2 in a triple manner from the inside to the outside, the above-described lid receiving frames 3, 4, 5 The bolt insertion portion 6 can be matched with any of the insert anchors 7.
[0027]
Accordingly, the bolt 19 is inserted into the bolt insertion portion 6 using a separately prepared bolt, and the front end portion of the bolt 19 is screwed into the screw hole provided in the center portion of the insert anchor 7. Any of the receiving frames 3, 4, and 5 can be firmly attached and fixed to the inclined wall tube 1.
[0028]
In the above-described embodiment, the insert anchors 7 are embedded in the upper surface 2a of the upper edge 2 of the inclined wall tube 1 in a triple manner from the inner side toward the outer side. It can be embedded in advance in a desired position in multiples corresponding to the diameter of the lid receiving frame and the bolt insertion portion 6.
[0029]
Further, a water-stop groove 8 having a predetermined width is provided on the lower edge inside the lower portion of the inclined wall tube 1 according to the present invention, as clearly shown in FIG. 2 (a). In the figure, 9 is a step attached to the inner peripheral wall of the inclined wall tube 1. Further, four insert anchors 21 are embedded in the lower inner peripheral wall of the inclined wall tube 1.
[0030]
Further, a substantially vertical straight portion 10 is provided at a predetermined position on the lower outer peripheral wall of the inclined wall tube 1 according to the present invention, as is apparent from FIG. The outer diameter of the slant wall tube 1 is reduced, and the overall weight of the inclined wall tube 1 is reduced.
[0031]
An embodiment of refurbishing an existing manhole using the inclined wall tube 1 of the present invention having the above-described structure will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6A and 6B.
[0032]
First, as shown in FIG. 4, after the pavement 12 around the upper portion of the existing manhole 11 is cut and removed by a predetermined width, a slant wall pipe (not shown) fixed on the manhole housing main body 13 of the existing manhole 11 is shown. And the lid receiving frame 5 and the iron lid 5a placed on the inclined wall pipe are removed by a crane or the like.
[0033]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the slanted wall tube 1 is installed on the manhole housing main body 13, and the fastening plate 14 is used by using the insert anchor 21 provided on the lower inner wall of the slanted wall tube 1. And, it is fixedly attached to the manhole housing body 13 by the fastening bolt 15. Subsequently, the lid receiving frame 5 (or the lid receiving frame 3), which has been removed so far, is placed on the upper edge 2 of the slanted wall tube 1, and the two are firmly joined with bolts 19, and then the upper part of the manhole is placed. The renovation can be completed by backfilling the pavement 12 around.
[0034]
When the slant wall pipe 1 is installed in a watertight state on the manhole housing body 13, a mortar 16 is provided on the upper surface of the upper edge of the manhole housing body 13 as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b). The lower edge of the inclined wall tube 1 is brought into contact with the upper surface, and a sealant 17 is filled in a gap formed by the water stop groove 8 of the inclined wall tube 1 and the upper surface of the upper edge of the manhole housing body 13; By applying mortar 18 to the step formed by the straight portion 10 provided on the outer peripheral wall of the slant wall tube 1 and the upper surface of the manhole housing body 13, the slant wall tube 1, the manhole housing body 13 and Can be maintained in a water-stopped state. In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a height adjusting spacer.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
In the inclined wall pipe for manhole according to the present invention, the upper surface of the upper edge of the inclined wall pipe is formed wide and a plurality of insert anchors are radially arranged on the upper surface from the inside to the outside. Therefore, several types of lid receiving frames having different outer diameters can be mounted on the upper surface of the inclined wall tube. Then, after matching the bolt hole of the lid receiving frame placed on the upper surface with the insert anchor of the slanted wall tube, the bolt can be inserted so that both can be firmly connected via the bolt. is doing.
[0036]
In the slant wall pipe for manholes according to the present invention, when a water stop groove is provided along the lower edge inside the lower part of the slant wall pipe, the slant wall pipe is installed in the manhole housing. In addition, there is an effect that a gap due to a water stop groove can be formed between the housing and the inclined wall pipe. Therefore, by filling the gap with a sealing material, the joint between the housing and the slanted wall tube can be completely water-stopped.
[0037]
In the inclined wall tube for manhole according to the present invention, when the predetermined portion of the lower outer peripheral wall of the inclined wall tube is formed to be substantially vertical and thin, the inclined wall tube should be light and easy to handle. There is an effect that can be. In addition, when the slant wall tube is installed in the manhole housing main body, there is an effect that a step portion can be formed between the outer peripheral edge of the slant wall tube and the upper surface of the manhole housing main body. Accordingly, the mortar is applied to the stepped portion so that the manhole housing main body and the slanted wall tube can be joined more firmly, and the joined portion of both can be constructed in a water-stopping structure. In the case where an insert anchor is provided on the lower inner peripheral wall of the slant wall tube, there is an effect that a fastening bolt for fixing the fastening plate can be screwed to the insert anchor.
