Description
本出願は、2006年11月7日に出願された米国仮特許出願第60/869,002号に対する優先権を主張する。前記出願は、本参照によりそのまま開示に含まれる。
本発明は一般に、無線通信に関し、より具体的には、分散型マルチチャネル時分割多元接続(「TDMA」)通信方法の媒体アクセス制御(「MAC」)層のモジュール実装及びタイムスロット及びチャネルの動的な割り当てに関する。
Claims (2)
- 無線通信ネットワークを介する第1のノードから最終のノードまでの複数のノードを備えた経路を識別するステップと、
現在の波動リーダノードを識別するステップと、
前記現在の波動リーダノードによって、その近傍ノードと直接的に無線通信するためのタイムスロット及びチャネルを割り当てるステップと、
前記現在の波動リーダノードがタイムスロット及びチャネルの割り当てを完了した後に、前記経路上の複数のノードのうちの1つである新しい波動リーダノードを選択するステップと、
前記割り当てるステップ及び選択するステップを、前記経路内の各ノードを介して前記最終のノードまで繰り返すステップと、
前記経路内の最終のノードを前記現在の波動リーダとして識別するステップと、
前記第1のノードに、前記経路内の最終のノードが到達されたことを通知するステップと、
前記経路を逆方向へ前記最終のノードから前記第1のノードまで戻るステップと、
前記経路内の各ノードを前記現行の波動リーダとして連続的に選択するステップと、
各現在の波動リーダによって、必要とされる追加のタイムスロット及びチャネルを割り当てるステップとを含む複数のノードを有する無線通信ネットワークにおいて時分割多元接続のタイムスロット及びチャネルを割り当てる方法。 - 前記無線通信ネットワークは、WiMAXネットワーク、802.11ネットワーク及びセンサネットワークのうちの1つである請求項1記載の方法。
