Description
Claims (17)
- ほぼ連続に延びている2つの外部金属層(1、3)と、少なくとも1つの内部金属層(2、9)とを有する、複数の金属層(1、2、3、9)と、これら金属層(1、2、3、9)の間に位置しているプラスチック結合層(4、5、6)とからなる積層物において、
前記内部金属層(9)の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの開口部(10)を有し、
また、この開口部(10)の位置では、この他の金属層(1、2、3)とプラスチック結合層(4、5、6)とが互いに結合された積層物の厚さが、前記開口部(10)が設けられていない位置での積層物の厚さより薄くなっていることを特徴とする積層物。 - 前記少なくとも1つの開口部(10)は、周辺方向で閉じられている請求項1に係る積層物。
- 前記開口部(10)の全表面積は、開口部が設けられている金属層(9)の残りの部分(13)の表面積とほぼ同じ大きさである請求項1又は請求項2に係る積層物。
- 前記開口部(10)の全表面積は、開口部が設けられている前記金属層(9)の残りの部分(13)の表面積より大きい請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 開口部(10)が設けられている前記金属層(9)は、プラスチック結合層の間に位置している請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 前記開口部(10)が設けられている前記金属層(9)は、積層方向について両側がプラスチック結合層(5、6)に結合され、これらプラスチック結合層(5、6)は、前記開口部(10)の位置で中断されずに連続し、その位置で互いに結合されている請求項5に係る積層物。
- プラスチック結合層(5、6)の少なくとも1つは、繊維強化されている請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 開口部(10)が設けられている前記金属層(9)は、一方の側で繊維強化プラスチック結合層に結合され、もう一方の側でさらなる金属層(2)に繊維強化されていない結合層(14)により結合されている請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 前記開口部(10)の位置で、開口部が設けられている前記金属層(9)に結合されている前記繊維強化プラスチック結合層(6)は、さらなる金属層(2)に結合されている請求項8に係る積層物。
- 複数の内部金属層が設けられ、これら内部金属層のうち少なくとも2つは、少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、また、異なる金属層の開口部は、互いを少なくとも部分的に覆っている請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 前記異なる金属層のそれぞれの前記開口部は、積層方向に互いに一列に整列して1つのくぼんだ部分(12)を形成し、
前記くぼんだ部分(12)と前記くぼんだ部分(12)以外の部分との境界に、階段状の狭い部分が形成されている請求項10に係る積層物。 - 開口部が設けられている前記金属層(9)は、前記くぼんだ部分(12)を囲む枠組み(13)を形成する請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 少なくとも1つの開口部が設けられている金属層の少なくとも1つは、互いに接続されている金属層部分を有している請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 金属層の厚さは、1.5mm未満である請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 金属層の厚さは、0.1mmと0.8mmとの間にある請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- プラスチック結合層は、炭素、アラミド又はガラスの繊維を有している請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれか1に係る積層物。
- 前記金属層は、Al、Cu、Mg、Ti、Sc並びに/もしくはこれら金属の合金を有している請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか1に係る積層物。
