Claims (7)
- 開口端と閉鎖端と両者の間に延在して試料を収容するチューブ内部空間を規定する円筒壁とを有する細長い試料採集チューブと、
前記チューブの前記開口端に取り外し可能に且つ密閉可能に取付けられたキャップ本体を有するキャップ・アセンブリとを具え、
該キャップ本体は、プローブの突き刺しによって前記チューブの内部へのアクセスを可能にする突き刺し可能な膜を支持し、
前記膜は熱可塑性エラストマーで形成され、プローブが引き抜かれると自己密閉可能であり、かつ前記膜は、平らな面と、該平らな面と反対側の面であって前記チューブの内部空間から離れている凹んだ面と、を有する円盤形状をなし、前記キャップ本体によって密閉的に支持されており、
前記膜の凹んだ面は、その厚さが前記膜の中央に配置された部分から前記膜の環状の突出部へと半径方向に沿って外側に向かうに従って増大するように連続的に湾曲した面形状を有していることを特徴とする試料採集アセンブリ。 - 前記キャップ本体は、上面と、その反対側の下面と、両者の間の円筒側壁とを具え、該円筒側壁は前記チューブの前記上部開口端に密閉係合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試料採集アセンブリ。
- 前記キャップ本体は、更に、前記キャップ本体の前記上面から下方に延びる環状スカートを具え、前記円筒側壁と前記環状スカートが、両者の間に前記チューブの前記開口端を収容するための環状領域を規定し、前記環状スカートが前記キャップ本体を貫通するアクセス通路を規定し、前記膜が前記アクセス通路内に支えられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の試料採集アセンブリ。
- 前記環状スカートは、両者間に前記通路が規定されている上端と下端とを有する細長い円筒状スカートを具え、該スカート壁の前記下端は前記チューブの内部空間に入り込み、前記膜は前記スカート壁の前記下端を横切って密閉支持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の試料採集アセンブリ。
- 上部開口端を有する試料採集容器を密閉的にカバーするキャップ・アセンブリであって、
前記容器の前記開口端の上に取り外し可能に固定される剛性材料で形成されたキャップ本体と、
前記キャップ本体に支持され、プローブの突き刺しによって前記キャップを通じて前記容器へのアクセスを可能にする突き刺し可能な隔壁とを具え、該突き刺し可能な隔壁は、プローブが引き抜かれると自己密閉可能な熱可塑性エラストマーの隔壁で形成され、
前記隔壁は、前記通路を横切って支持され、前記自己閉塞を促進するために、前記平らな面と、該平らな面と反対側の面であって前記キャップ本体の前記上面に面する凹んだ面と、を有する円盤状部材であり、
前記膜の凹んだ面は、その厚さが前記膜の中央に配置された部分から前記膜の環状の突出部へと半径方向に沿って外側に向かうに従って増大するように連続的に湾曲した面形状を有していることを特徴とするキャップ・アセンブリ。 - 前記キャップ本体は、更に、前記キャップ本体の前記上面から下方に延びた環状スカートを具え、前記円筒側壁と前記環状スカートが両者の端に環状領域を規定し、前記環状スカートが前記キャップ本体を貫通するアクセス通路を規定し、前記隔壁が前記アクセス通路内に支えられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のキャップ・アセンブリ。
- 前記環状スカートは、両者の間に前記通路を規定する上端と下端とを有する細長い円筒スカート壁を具え、前記隔壁が前記スカート壁の前記下端を横切って密閉的に支えられている請求項6に記載のキャップ・アセンブリ。
