Description
【0001】

【The invention's effect】
The trajectory of the tip of the nozzle reciprocates on an arc, so that the cleaning force generated when the liquid collides against the cleaning surface is not transient, and sufficient cleaning performance can be achieved for a fixed cleaning surface. Obtainable. Further, the solid matter can be accumulated at a specific position by the cleaning force generated when the position where the fluid collides moves.
[0021]
Even when the locus of the position where the fluid ejected from the nozzle comes into contact with the cleaning surface and the movement direction of the cleaning surface are substantially on the same line and when intersecting in a substantially cross shape, the fluid ejected from the nozzle is applied to the cleaning surface. On the other hand, fine particles of soluble substances are washed out and removed from the cleaning surface by the cleaning force generated when the fluid collides and the cleaning force generated when the position where the fluid collides moves, and the solid matter is accumulated at a specific position. be able to.
[0022]
By providing a rotary joint at one end of the cleaning pipe, it is possible to supply a high-pressure fluid to the cleaning pipe that performs reciprocating rotational movement, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect. By connecting the switching valve to the rotary joint, various fluids having different cleaning effects can be ejected from the nozzle. Further, by supplying a gas such as air, the fluid remaining in the cleaning pipe can be discharged, and a dripping phenomenon on the cleaning surface can be prevented.
