2. Description of the Related Art Among surface treatments for metal products, there is a treatment method for spraying fine particles, which is generally called a WPC treatment. There is shot blasting in which glass particles are sprayed with the force of air to apply this to processing of a piston. However, there is a problem that it is very difficult to remove glass dust deposits remaining on the piston during the processing, and the conventional cleaning device requires a long time and cannot be sufficiently cleaned.

[0003] In particular, since the piston has a top surface with a closed cylinder, the interior of the piston cannot be sufficiently cleaned by a conventional cleaning device in which the piston is gripped by a rotating table arranged at a lower portion to clean the inside. It can be said that it is almost powerless in cleaning the piston to which is attached. In addition, since the piston has the shape of a bowl which is turned down, the above-mentioned matter is considered to be applicable not only to cleaning of a similar piston but also cleaning of a cup and other containers.

[0008] In industrial cleaning, a chlorofluorocarbon solvent, an organic solvent and other petroleum-based cleaning materials have been used in many cases. The inventor of the present invention has developed and improved a water-based cleaning system in view of the fact that these factors cause environmental pollution and secondary human pollution. As a result, several useful inventions can be made, and the present invention is also an extension thereof. Therefore, the above-mentioned water washing is best performed under the same configuration as that of the prior invention of the present invention, in particular, the inventions of Patent Nos. 2722369 and 2707490.

The gist of the present invention is that a high-pressure water injection port is installed in the cleaning nozzle in order to jet a fluid in which a cleaning liquid and a gas are mixed from a cleaning nozzle to a work, and a negative pressure portion by high-pressure water injection is provided. The low-pressure water and the gas are drawn into the high-pressure water stream by drawing the low-pressure water and the gas into the nozzle port under a negative pressure from the low-pressure water inlet and the gas inlet that are generated in the nozzle port and open in the same nozzle port. Is formed, and this high-pressure jet stream is jetted onto the work. However, the desired cleaning effect can be obtained by the high-pressure jet water flow without employing a configuration in which a negative pressure is sucked into the nozzle opening. For example, when a low-pressure water stream is jetted in parallel with a high-pressure water stream jetted onto the work surface, components due to the low-pressure water stream are entrained in the irregular reflection formed when the high-pressure water stream collides with the work, increasing the interfacial flow on the work surface. However, the amount of air bubbles contained in the cleaning liquid also becomes extremely large. Therefore, a method of simultaneously and concurrently injecting a high-pressure water flow, a low-pressure water flow, an air jet, or the like onto a work is also effective.

The substantially cylindrical work is rotatably supported by the work rotation support portion, for example, in a posture in which the piston is closed at the top. In order to expose the lower part of the work to the lower part, the work shall be supported at the lower part of the cylindrical wall part, and the rotating support part shall have a structure opened downward to enable washing from below. And For this reason,
The rotation supporting portion may be configured to have a receiving base having a receiving portion adapted to the work and a bearing portion rotatably supporting the receiving base.

The work pressurizing drive unit, which is driven to rotate the work by transmitting the rotational force while pressing the work against the rotation support unit from above, applies the work to the work on the rotation support unit. It is installed above. Therefore, the cleaning operation is performed when both the rotation axis of the workpiece on the driven rotary support unit and the rotation axis of the driven pressure driving unit are on the same axis.

At the time of the cleaning operation, the work W is set on the rotation support section 12 provided on the moving means 11.
When the workpiece W to be cleaned reaches the cleaning unit 13, the moving unit 11 stops at a fixed position, the pressing shaft 22 processes the workpiece W, and the workpiece pressing unit 33 elastically presses the workpiece W. And fix it. Next, the operation of the rotation drive unit 25 is started to rotate the work W, and the cleaning liquid jetting system is further operated to jet the cleaning liquid from each of the nozzles 38 and 43 at a high pressure, thereby performing cleaning.

The cleaning liquid cleans the entire inner surface from the lower side of the work W and thoroughly cleans the outer surface except for the contact portion of the pressurizing section 33. That is, there is no surface over which the cleaning liquid does not spread, and high-pressure water is sprayed on almost all parts of the entire surface in the same manner, and attached matter such as glass dust adhered by shot peening can be removed by strong washing power.

The cleaned work W moves to the drying chamber 14, stops at a fixed position, and the work pressurizing section 33 in the drying chamber 14 descends with respect to the work W, thereby supporting the work W in the rotation support section. 12 and fixed. Next, centrifugal dehydration is performed by rotating the work, and at the same time, air is jetted from the nozzles of the lower pipe 44 and the upper pipe 45 to completely remove the water adhering to the work W. It is more effective to heat and supply both the cleaning liquid and the dry air. When the work W is made of a substance which easily generates rust, a safe rust preventive is added.

Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, the inside and outside of the pistons and the work having a substantially cylindrical shape whose upper part is closed similarly to the pistons are sufficiently washed. For example, during processing in a piston manufacturing process, a processing such as shot blasting or shot peening firmly adheres to the piston surface, such as glass dust, can be reliably removed. Especially those of the present invention
Move the rotary support to the position where the cleaning actually takes place.
Combined with moving means to enable continuous cleaning
It exhibits a remarkable cleaning effect that Ru can be.
