Claims (5)
- ターゲットの酸素運搬体分子に限定してスピンを励起するための手段と、
前記ターゲットの酸素運搬体分子から画像化可能な分子への陽子移動を決定するための手段と、
前記画像化可能な分子の再構成画像から前記ターゲットの酸素運搬体分子の酸素化を決定するための手段と、
を備える酸素成分決定システム。 - さらに、スピン励起をROI内の近位ヒスチジンNH分子に限定するための手段を備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記ROIにわたる酸素不足の空間分布を表示するための手段を備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記ROI内の脱酸素化ヘモグロビンと脱酸素化ミオグロビンの少なくとも一方の濃度を決定するための手段を備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、ROIにわたる酸素不足をローカライズするための手段を備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
