Description
Claims (21)
- 接触面を有する雌型ルア弁と接続される雄型ルアにおいて、
前端と後端とを有するハウジングであって、前記ハウジング内に位置され、前端と後端とを有している第一の管状部材が該ハウジング内に配置され、該第一の管状部材が管状導管を規定しているハウジングと、
前端と後端とが前記第一の管状部材と共軸線関係に配置されている弾性部材であって、圧縮された後退位置と伸長位置との間で移動可能である弾性部材と、
前記弾性部材の前端に配置され、そのような移動の間雄型ルアを開放可能に閉鎖する弁部材と、
前記管状導管内に固定された内部プラグとを含み、
前記雄型ルアが前記雌型ルア中へ挿入されると、その雌型ルアの接触面が前記弾性部材を圧縮された後退位置まで移動させて、前記雄型ルアの前端を開放させるとともに、前記弾性部材の内周面のランドを前記内部プラグの外周面との接触から外して、前記雌型ルアから流入して前記雄型ルアを通過する液体が前記内部プラグの周りを通って前記管状導管内を貫通する全体的に軸線方向の流路を流れうるようにし、また、前記雄型ルアが閉鎖されると、前記内部プラグの外周面が、前記弾性部材のランドと接触して、前記液体の逆流を阻止するようになっていることを特徴とする雄型ルア。 - 前記ハウジングが全体的に円筒形であって、内部室を画成しており、その面において雌型ルアの接続装置にある相手側のねじと係合するねじを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 双方の後端が相互に対して、かつハウジングの一部と接触しながら、弾性部材が第一の管状部材の内側に配置され、そのため前記第一の管状部材が前記弾性部材の後端が移動しないよう固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記第一の管状部材もまた、弾性部材の圧縮および非圧縮の間該弾性部材の移動を案内する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記第一の管状部材が剛性の成形材料から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記弾性部材と弁部材とが一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記弾性部材と弁部材とが弾性材料からつくられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記第一の管状部材が前記弾性部材の内方に配置され、圧縮あるいは非圧縮とされるとき前記弾性部材の移動を案内するよう作用することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の雄型ルア。
- 第二の管状部材を更に含み、前記弾性部材が双方の後端を相互に対して、かつハウジングの一部に対して接触させて前記第二の管状部材の内方に配置され、そのため前記第二の管状部材が前記弾性部材の後端を移動しないよう固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- ルア間で係合している間雌型ルアの接触面との接触に応答する弾性部材を更に含み、前記応答は弾性部材が圧縮し、雄型ルアを開放させ前記ルアの間で、かつそれらを貫通して流体が流れうるようにすることであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記弾性部材が応答する接触面は雌型ルア内のポストを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記弾性部材が応答する接触面は雌型ルアの前面を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記弾性部材が応答する接触面は雌型ルアの内面を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記応答が更に、前記ルアが外れると前記弾性部材を非圧縮とすることによって雄型ルアを閉鎖し、流体が雄型ルアを貫流しないようにすることからなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記弾性部材が閉鎖可能な弁をその端部において含み、前記弾性部材は前記雌型ルアと係合すると変形して弁を開放し、前記雌型ルアから外れると弾性部材の変形が反転して前記弁を閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 圧縮あるいは非圧縮とされると雄型ルア内で軸線方向に移動する弾性部材と、弾性部材の軸線方向移動を案内するよう前記弾性部材あるいは弁部材と一体化された被案内手段と協働する、弁部材の弾性部材の外側にある案内手段とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 第一の管状部材と管状の外壁との間で前記第一の管状部材に摺動可能に装着され、前記案内手段を捕えているスリーブを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記ハウジングがルアを相互に解放可能に固定するために雌型ルアと解放可能に係合する固定手段を前端の近傍で含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記第一の管状部材が前端の近傍で、ルアを相互に解放可能に固定するために雌型ルアと解放可能に係合する固定手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 前記弾性部材がルアを相互に解放可能に固定するために雌型ルアと解放可能に係合する固定手段を前端の近傍で含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
- 後端からハウジング内を共軸線関係で延在し、管状の外壁の前端を越えて外方に突出する第一の管状部材であって、前記第一の直径よりも小さい第二の直径と、少なくとも1個の軸線方向に延在するスロットと弁座を有する前端とを有する第一の管状部材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の雄型ルア。
