Description
収集されたごみから分別されたバイオマスをメタン発酵するメタン発酵槽と、メタン発酵によって発生するメタンガスを含むバイオガスを脱硫する脱硫手段とを備えるバイオマス資源化処理系Iと、
収集されたごみからバイオマスが分別除去された可燃ごみを焼却する焼却炉と、焼却炉から送られる排ガスの温度を下げるガス冷却塔と、減温された排ガスから熱回収する熱回収器と、熱回収された排ガスを処理する排ガス処理設備を備えた可燃ごみ資源化処理系IIとを有する廃棄物の資源化処理方法であって、
前記バイオマス資源化処理系Iにおけるメタン発酵槽から発生する消化液を前記可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内のガス冷却塔に移送して800℃以上の温度で加熱分解処理し、次いで、前記ガス冷却塔によって減温された前記排ガスから、前記可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内の熱回収器によって熱回収することを特徴とする資源化処理方法。
メタン発酵槽から発生する消化液を可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内のガス冷却塔に移送する前に、脱水機による脱水処理を行ない、脱水後の分離液を移送して加熱分解処理し、脱水ケーキは可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内の焼却炉で焼却処理することを特徴とする請求項1記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
脱水後の分離液の一部をメタン発酵槽に導入するバイオマスのスラリー化に使用することを特徴とする請求項2記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内の焼却炉が、ストーカ炉であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
バイオマス資源化処理系I内で精製されたバイオガスの燃焼により発生するエネルギーを回収するエネルギー回収設備を備え、該エネルギー回収設備で発生した排ガスを可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内の排ガス処理設備で処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
前記熱回収で加温された温水をバイオマス資源化処理系I内のメタン発酵槽内の加温に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
前記バイオマス資源化処理系Iにおけるメタン発酵槽から排出される消化液中の全窒素濃度が1500〜15000mg/L、アンモニア性窒素濃度が1000〜10000mg/Lであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のごみの資源化処理方法。

Claims (7)
- 収集されたごみから分別されたバイオマスをメタン発酵するメタン発酵槽と、メタン発酵によって発生するメタンガスを含むバイオガスを脱硫する脱硫手段とを備えるバイオマス資源化処理系Iと、
収集されたごみからバイオマスが分別除去された可燃ごみを焼却する焼却炉と、焼却炉から送られる排ガスの温度を下げるガス冷却塔と、減温された排ガスから熱回収する熱回収器と、熱回収された排ガスを処理する排ガス処理設備を備えた可燃ごみ資源化処理系IIとを有する廃棄物の資源化処理方法であって、
前記バイオマス資源化処理系Iにおけるメタン発酵槽から発生する消化液を前記可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内のガス冷却塔に移送して800℃以上の温度で加熱分解処理し、次いで、前記ガス冷却塔によって減温された前記排ガスから、前記可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内の熱回収器によって熱回収することを特徴とする資源化処理方法。 - メタン発酵槽から発生する消化液を可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内のガス冷却塔に移送する前に、脱水機による脱水処理を行ない、脱水後の分離液を移送して加熱分解処理し、脱水ケーキは可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内の焼却炉で焼却処理することを特徴とする請求項1記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
- 脱水後の分離液の一部をメタン発酵槽に導入するバイオマスのスラリー化に使用することを特徴とする請求項2記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
- 可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内の焼却炉が、ストーカ炉であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
- バイオマス資源化処理系I内で精製されたバイオガスの燃焼により発生するエネルギーを回収するエネルギー回収設備を備え、該エネルギー回収設備で発生した排ガスを可燃ごみ資源化処理系II内の排ガス処理設備で処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
- 前記熱回収で加温された温水をバイオマス資源化処理系I内のメタン発酵槽内の加温に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
- 前記バイオマス資源化処理系Iにおけるメタン発酵槽から排出される消化液中の全窒素濃度が1500〜15000mg/L、アンモニア性窒素濃度が1000〜10000mg/Lであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のごみの資源化処理方法。
