Claims (15)
- 基板上部に配置される第1及び第2電極層、そして前記第1及び第2電極層間に配置されて発光層を備える発光部により形成される複数の画素領域と、
前記画素領域間の少なくとも一部に、少なくとも1層以上に形成されるバリヤとを備え、
前記バリヤの少なくとも一部の一面上には、前記基板にまで達しない凹溝部が形成され、
前記バリヤはフォトレジストから形成され、
前記発光部は、インクジェットプリント工程に適用される可溶物質からなり、
前記バリヤは1μmより低く、
前記凹溝部は0.1μmより浅いことを特徴とする平板表示装置。 - 前記凹溝部はストライプ状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記ストライプ状の凹溝部が形成されたバリヤを挟んだ隣接画素領域には異なる発光層が備わることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記凹溝部はメッシュタイプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記凹溝部が形成されたバリヤは一つ以上の画素領域を覆い包むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の平板表示装置。
- 同一メッシュ凹溝部により覆い包まれた一つ以上の画素領域は同一色を発光する発光層を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記フォトレジストはノボラックベーシス、アクリリックラッカ、エポキシラッカ及びポリイミドラッカより構成されるグループより選択される一つ以上のフォトレジストであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記発光部は前記第1電極層と発光層間及び前記発光層と第2電極層間のうち少なくとも1ヵ所に電荷輸送層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記凹溝部が形成されたバリヤは隣接画素間の中央に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記凹溝部は前記バリヤの一面上の中央に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記基板はガラス、合成物質及びシリコンのうち一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記バリヤは第1及び第2バリヤ層より構成され、前記第1電極層に隣接した第1バリヤ層は前記画素領域を画定し、前記凹溝部は第2バリヤ層に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記第2バリヤ層はフォトレジストより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記フォトレジストはノボラックベーシス、アクリリックラッカ、エポキシラッカ及びポリイミドラッカより構成されるグループから選択される一つ以上のフォトレジストであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記発光部は有機電界発光部であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項に記載の平板表示装置。
