前記フッ素含有樹脂シートは、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体シート(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体シート(PFA)及びポリテトラフルオロエチレンシート(PTFE)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記エレクトレット性粗粉の平均粒子径が0.5〜3mmである製造方法。

3.上記項1又は2に記載の製造方法により得られるエレクトレット性粗粉。
4.上記項3に記載のエレクトレット性粗粉を空気中で電極板間に配置し、前記電極板間に外部電圧を印加する電気泳動方法。
5.上記項3に記載のエレクトレット性粗粉をシリコーンオイル中で電極板間に配置し、前記電極板間に外部電圧を印加する電気泳動方法。
フッ素含有樹脂シートに電子線照射することによりエレクトレット化した後、フッ素含有樹脂シートを粉砕することによりエレクトレット性粗粉を調製した。
調製例1〜11で得られたエレクトレット性粗粉をそれぞれ白色絶縁性液体(シリコーンオイル、KF96L−0.65、信越化学工業製)に分散した。
Claims (5)
- フッ素含有樹脂シートに電子線又は放射線を照射することにより前記シートをエレクトレット化した後、前記シートを粉砕するエレクトレット性粗粉の製造方法であって、
前記フッ素含有樹脂シートは、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体シート(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体シート(PFA)及びポリテトラフルオロエチレンシート(PTFE)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記エレクトレット性粗粉の平均粒子径が0.5〜3mmである製造方法。 - 前記エレクトレット性粗粉は、顔料を含有する、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法により得られるエレクトレット性粗粉。
- 請求項3に記載のエレクトレット性粗粉を空気中で電極板間に配置し、前記電極板間に外部電圧を印加する電気泳動方法。
- 請求項3に記載のエレクトレット性粗粉をシリコーンオイル中で電極板間に配置し、前記電極板間に外部電圧を印加する電気泳動方法。
