Description
Claims (23)
- 発光ダイオードが装着され、該発光ダイオードと電気的に連結される連結パッドが形成された回路基板と、
前記回路基板の一表面に設置されて、前記発光ダイオードを駆動するように構成された駆動部と、
前記回路基板の連結パッドに結合され、前記駆動部に向けて切り替えられた連結方向を有するコネクターと、
該コネクターと前記駆動部とを連結する連結線と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とするバックライトユニット。 - 前記駆動部は、前記回路基板の発光ダイオードが装着される面の反対側の面に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記コネクターが垂直型コネクターとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記コネクターは、
前記回路基板の連結パッドと連結される多数の第1ピンと、
該第1ピンから延長され、前記回路基板の背面へ向かって折れ曲がる多数の第2ピンと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバックライトユニット。 - 前記コネクターは、
前記第1ピン及び前記第2ピンが固定されるコネクターボディーをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバックライトユニット。 - 前記第2ピンは、前記第1ピンに対して略90°折れ曲がっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第1ピンと前記第2ピンが一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記コネクターは、前記回路基板に形成されたリードに結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 複数の前記回路基板が2列以上配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記連結線は、前記駆動部の異なる部分に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記連結線は、
前記駆動部の一方の側に第1列の前記回路基板を連結する第1連結線と、
前記駆動部の他方の側に、前記第1列の回路基板と隣接した第2列の前記回路基板を連結する第2連結線と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバックライトユニット。 - 細分化された前記回路基板が各前記駆動部により駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 発光ダイオードが装着される第1面、前記発光ダイオードを駆動する駆動部が設置される第2面、及び前記発光ダイオードと電気的に連結される連結パッドをもつ回路基板と、
前記連結パッドと結合され、前記第2面に向けて切り替えられた連結方向を有するコネクターと、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とするバックライトユニット。 - 前記コネクターは、
前記回路基板の連結パッドと連結される多数の第1ピンと、
該第1ピンから延長され、前記回路基板の第2面へ向かって前記第1ピンから折れ曲がる第2ピンと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバックライトユニット。 - 前記コネクターと前記駆動部とを連結する連結線をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 2列以上の前記回路基板が前記駆動部に連結されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記コネクターは、前記第2面に向かって延長された連結ピンを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 当該印刷回路基板の回路と連結される多数の第1ピン、及び該第1ピンから折れ曲がって延長される多数の第2ピンを備えたコネクターと、
該コネクターに連結される連結線と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする印刷回路基板。 - 前記コネクターの第2ピンは、前記第1ピンに対して略90°折れ曲がっていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の印刷回路基板。
- 多数の発光ダイオードが装着されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の印刷回路基板。
- 発光ダイオード及び該発光ダイオードを駆動するように構成された駆動部の少なくとも1つを実装した第1面、及び前記発光ダイオードと電気的に連結される連結パッドをもつ回路基板と、
該回路基板の連結パッドに結合され、前記回路基板の第1面へ向けて切り替えられた連結方向を有するコネクターと、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、発光ダイオードを用いた照明装置。 - 前記コネクターは、
前記回路基板の連結パッドと連結される多数の第1ピンと、
該第1ピンから延長され、前記回路基板の第2面へ向かって前記第1ピンから折れ曲がった第2ピンと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の照明装置。 - 前記コネクターと前記駆動部とを連結する連結線をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の照明装置。
