Description
Claims (25)
- 硬化性被膜組成物を基材に適用して硬化性被膜を形成し、該硬化性被膜を画像的に硬化して被膜を形成し、該被膜を現像及び乾燥して形成したブラックマトリクスであって、該硬化性被膜組成物がビヒクル及び少なくとも1種の修飾顔料を含み、該修飾顔料が、式−X−Iの少なくとも1つの有機基が結合した顔料を含み、式中、該顔料に直接結合しているXがアリーレン基もしくはヘテロアリーレン基、又はアルキレン基を表し、Iが少なくとも1種のイオン性基又は少なくとも1種のイオン化可能な基を含む非ポリマー基を表すことを特徴とする、ブラックマトリクス。
- Xが、炭素12個以下の、アリーレン基もしくはヘテロアリーレン基、又はアルキレン基を表す、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- Xがアリーレン基である、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- Iが、少なくとも1種のカルボン酸基もしくはその塩、少なくとも1種のスルホン酸基もしくはその塩、少なくとも1種のアルキルスルフェート基、少なくとも1種のアルキルアミン基もしくはその塩、又は少なくとも1種のアルキルアンモニウム基を含む、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記塩が、Na+塩、K+塩、Li+塩、又はNH4 +塩である、請求項4に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記有機基が、アリールカルボン酸塩の基又はアリールスルホン酸塩の基である、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記硬化性被膜が感光性被膜であり、前記被膜が前記硬化性被膜を照射して形成される、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記硬化性被膜組成物が感光性樹脂を含む、請求項7に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記硬化性被膜組成物がさらに少なくとも1種の光開始剤を含む、請求項8に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記硬化性被膜が感熱性被膜であり、前記被膜が前記硬化性被膜を熱処理して形成される、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記被膜が、前記被膜の合計質量に対して前記修飾顔料を30質量%以上含む、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記被膜が、前記被膜の合計質量に対して前記修飾顔料を50質量%以上含む、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記被膜が、前記被膜の合計質量に対して前記修飾顔料を50質量%〜80質量%含む、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記被膜の体積抵抗率が1012Ωcm以上である、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- さらに前記被膜の光学密度が1μm厚で3以上である、請求項14に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記被膜の体積抵抗率が106〜108Ωcmである、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- さらに前記被膜の光学密度が1μm厚で4以上である、請求項16に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記ビヒクルが非水系ビヒクルである、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記ビヒクルが、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテートを含む、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記ビヒクルが水系ビヒクルである、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記硬化性被膜組成物が少なくとも2種の修飾顔料を含み、該修飾顔料が異なっている、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記修飾顔料の少なくとも1種が、少なくとも1種のカルボン酸基又はその塩を含み、前記修飾顔料の少なくとも1種が、少なくとも1種のスルホン酸基又はその塩を含む、請求項21に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記修飾顔料に、さらに式−X−NIの少なくとも1つの有機基が結合しており、NIが少なくとも1種の非イオン性基を含む非ポリマー基を表す、請求項1に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記非イオン性基が、アルキル基、カルボン酸エステル、アミド、アルキレンオキシド、グリコール、アルコール、エーテル、ケトン、ハロゲン又はニトリルである、請求項23に記載のブラックマトリクス。
- 前記非イオン性基が、アリールカルボン酸エステル、アリールカルボン酸アミド又はアラルキル基である、請求項23に記載のブラックマトリクス。
