Claims (11)
- 少なくとも2つの液圧コンシューマ(4、6)の圧力媒体供給のための制御装置において、可変容量を有するポンプ(2)を備え、さらに、調整可能な2つのメータインオリフィス(18、20)を備え、その第1のオリフィスは、前記ポンプ(2)から出る供給管路(14)と第1の液圧コンシューマ(4)の間に配置されており、その第2のオリフィスは、供給管路(16)と第2の液圧コンシューマ(6)の間に配置されており、さらに、2つの圧力補償器(22、24)を備え、その第1の圧力補償器は、前記第1のメータインオリフィス(18)の下流に配置されており、第1の圧力補償器(22)の放出口は第1の流れ管路(26)を介して第1の液圧コンシューマ(4)に接続されており、その第2の圧力補償器は、前記第2のメータインオリフィス(20)の下流に配置されており、第2の圧力補償器(24)の放出口は第2の流れ管路(28)を介して第2の液圧コンシューマ(6)に接続されており、前記第1及び第2の圧力補償器(22,24)の制御ピストンは、開方向には前記それぞれのメータインオリフィス(18、20)の下流の圧力を前面で受け、閉方向には、最大負荷圧力が優勢である流れ管路(26,28)からLS管路(34)及びシャトル弁(36)を介してタップされるコンシューマ(4,6)の最大負荷圧力またはそれから誘導された圧力を受けるように適合されており、前記ポンプ(2)および前記メータインオリフィス(18、20)は調整が可能である制御装置であって、予め決められた前記メータインオリフィス(18、20)の目標値に依存して、且つ前記メータインオリフィス(18,20)の前後の圧力差から独立して、前記ポンプ(2)に制御信号を出力するための制御手段(10)を特徴とする制御装置。
- 前記ポンプ(2)の流量は、比例ソレノイドによって電気的に調整されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 最も高い目標値を有する前記メータインオリフィス(18、20)は、前記制御手段(10)の助けを借りて完全に開かれ、前記他方のメータインオリフィス(18、20)はそれに応じて追従させられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御手段(10)は、前記可変容量型ポンプ(2)および前記メータインオリフィス(18、20)の特性が記憶されたデータ記憶部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記ポンプ(2)はアキシャルピストンポンプ(axial piston pump)であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- ポンプ速度を検出するための回転速度センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- それによって前記コンシューマ(4、6)の前記圧力媒体室をタンクに接続可能なキャビテーション防止弁を備え、そのため、牽引負荷の場合に圧力媒体を前記圧力媒体室(30、32)に補給可能にされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記目標値は、ジョイスティック(8)の調整に依存して、または前記メータインオリフィス(18、20)の制御ピストン位置に依存して検出されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 可変容量ポンプ(2)を介して圧力媒体が供給されるように適合された少なくとも2つの液圧コンシューマを制御するための方法において、それぞれのコンシューマに、前記ポンプと前記それぞれのコンシューマ(4、6)との間に配置されたメータインオリフィス(18、20)が関連づけられており、その下流に、それぞれの圧力補償器(22、24)が配置されており、第1の圧力補償器(22)の放出口は第1の流れ管路(26)を介して第1の液圧コンシューマ(4)に接続され、第2の圧力補償器(24)の放出口は第2の流れ管路(28)を介して第2の液圧コンシューマ(6)に接続されており、前記第1及び第2の圧力補償器(22,24)の制御ピストンは、開方向には前記上流メータインオリフィス(18、20)の後方の圧力を受け、閉方向には、最大負荷圧力が優勢である流れ管路(26,28)からLS管路(34)及びシャトル弁(36)を介してタップされるコンシューマ(4,6)の最大負荷圧力またはそれから誘導された圧力を受ける方法であって、前記ポンプ(2)は、予め決められた前記メータインオリフィス(18、20)の目標値に依存して、且つ前記メータインオリフィス(18,20)の前後の圧力差から独立して、運転されることを特徴とする方法。
- 最も高い目標値にセットされる前記メータインオリフィス(18、20)は完全に開かれ、前記他方のメータインオリフィスはそれに応じて追従することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 牽引負荷の場合に前記ポンプの流量は低減され、キャビテーション防止弁を介して前記コンシューマ(4、6)の低圧側に圧力媒体が補給されることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。
