Claims (12)
- 一种多路阀,包括多个并联的组合阀,用于控制相应的执行元件(4-1-4-5),所述每一个组合阀包括比例节流阀(2-1-2-5)和换向阀(3-1-3-5),所述比例节流阀的进油口与总进油口(P)连接并且出油口与所述换向阀的进油口连接,所述换向阀的出油口与总回油口(T)连接,其特征在于:所述每一个组合阀还包括用于获取所述相应的执行元件的负载压力的单向型控制阀(9-1-9-5,10-1-10-5),所述单向型控制阀的一侧接入比例节流阀与执行元件之间的管路上,所述多路阀还包括控制元件(8),所述控制元件接收每一个单向型控制阀反馈的负载压力,并响应所述负载压力来控制对所述执行元件的液压油供给。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的多路阀,其特征在于,每一个组合阀中的单向型控制阀 (9-1-9-5,10-1-10-5) —侧接入比例节流阀(2_1_2_5)和所述换向阀(3_1_3_5)之间或所 述换向阀和相应的执行元件(4-1-4-5)之间的管路上。
- 3.根据权利要求2所述的多路阀,其特征在于,所述单向型控制阀为单向阀 (9-1-9-5),所述单向阀的进油口侧(F-1-F-5)为接入的一侧。
- 4.根据权利要求2所述的多路阀,其特征在于,所述单向型控制阀为梭阀 (10-1-10-5),所述梭阀的第一进油口侧为接入的一侧,所述多个组合阀中的第一个组合阀 的梭阀(10-1)的出油口连接至控制元件(8),最后一个组合阀的梭阀(10-5)的第二进油口 连接至一回油口,相邻两两组合阀的梭阀通过前一个组合阀的梭阀的第二进油口连通至后 一个组合阀的梭阀的出油口而彼此连接。
- 5.根据权利要求3或4所述的多路阀,其特征在于,所述控制元件为三通流量阀(8), 其进油口(Ep)连接至所述总进油口(P),其回油口连接至所述总回油口(T),其控制油口 (Ec)连接至所述单向阀的出油口(G-1-G-5)或第一个组合阀的梭阀(10-1)的出油口。
- 6.根据权利要求5所述的多路阀,其特征在于,还包括集成油路块,所述集成油路块 (1)上具有所述总进油口(P)和所述总回油口(T),所述组合阀和三通流量阀(8)安装在所 述集成油路块上。
- 7. 一种液压装置,包括液压泵、以及设计为液压马达或液压缸的执行元件,以及设置在 所述液压泵和所述执行元件之间的根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的多路阀。
- 8. 一种液压装置,包括液压泵(6)、多个执行元件、以及设置在所述液压泵和所述执 行元件之间的多路阀,所述多路阀包括多个并联的组合阀,每一个组合阀设置用于控制相 应的执行元件(4-1-4-5),所述每一个组合阀包括串联的比例节流阀(2-1-2-5)和换向阀 (3-1-3-5),所述比例节流阀的进油口与总进油口(P)连接并且出油口与所述换向阀的进 油口连接,所述换向阀的出油口与总回油口(T)连接,其特征在于:所述每一个组合阀还包 括用于获取所述相应的执行元件的负载压力的单向型控制阀(9-1-9-5,10-1-10-5),所述 单向型控制阀的一侧连接到比例节流阀与执行元件之间的管路上,所述液压泵为带有负载 敏感控制机构(11)的变量泵(6),所述负载敏感控制机构(11)接收每一个单向型控制阀反 馈的负载压力,所述变量泵(6)响应所述负载压力来控制对所述执行元件的液压油供给。
- 9.根据权利要求8所述的液压装置,其特征在于,每一个组合阀中的单向型控制阀 (9-1-9-5,10-1-10-5) —侧接入比例节流阀(2_1_2_5)和所述换向阀(3_1_3_5)之间或所 述换向阀和相应的执行元件(4-1-4-5)之间的管路上。
- 10.根据权利要求9所述的液压装置,其特征在于,所述单向型控制阀为单向阀 (9-1-9-5),所述单向阀的进油口侧(F-1-F-5)为接入的一侧,出油口侧(G-1-G-5)连接至所述负载敏感控制机构(11)。
- 11.根据权利要求9所述的液压装置,其特征在于,所述单向型控制阀为梭阀 (10-1-10-5),所述梭阀的第一进油口侧为接入侧,所述多个组合阀中的第一个组合阀的梭 阀(10-1)的出油口连接至所述负载敏感控制机构(11),最后一个组合阀的梭阀(10-5)的 第二进油口连接至一回油口,相邻两两组合阀的梭阀通过前一个组合阀的梭阀的第二进油 口与后一个组合阀的梭阀的出油口彼此连接。
- 12. 一种混凝土泵车,其特征在于:所述混凝土泵车具有根据权利要求1-6中任一项所 述的多路阀或根据权利要求7-11中任一项所述的液压装置。
