Claims (9)
- 全輪駆動のためのパラレルシフト伝動装置において、
2つの入力軸(12,14)が設けられており、それぞれ1つの入力軸が、固有のクラッチを介して、駆動原動機によって駆動される軸に相対回動不能に連結可能であり、
入力軸から半径方向の間隔を置いて該入力軸に対して平行に配置された出力軸(24)が設けられており、
入力軸(12,14)と出力軸(24)とに配置された歯車(16,22)とシフト装置(18,20,26,28)とが設けられており、該シフト装置によって、種々異なるギヤ段のシフトのために、入力軸(12,14)と出力軸(24)との間の相対回動不能な結合が、種々異なる歯車対を介して切換可能であり、
出力軸から半径方向の間隔を置いて支承された、出力軸に配置された第1の被駆動歯車(225)に噛み合う駆動歯車(30)が設けられており、該駆動歯車が、クラッチ(6)に向かって駆動歯車(30)から分岐した、パラレルシフト伝動装置の入力軸(12,14)と出力軸(24)とに対して平行な第1の駆動軸(32)を駆動するために設けられており、
出力軸(24)に配置された第2の被駆動歯車(34)よって駆動される第2の駆動軸(38)が設けられており、第1の駆動軸(32)が、回転数差でロックするカップリング(K)に接続するために設けられていて、シフト機構(40)を介して駆動歯車(30)に相対回動不能に連結可能であることを特徴とする、全輪駆動のためのパラレルシフト伝動装置。 - 第2の駆動軸(38)が、入力軸(12,14)と同軸的に配置されていて、第2の駆動軸に相対回動不能に結合された歯車(36)を介して、出力軸(24)の、クラッチと反対の側の端部に配置された第2の被駆動歯車(34)に噛み合っている、請求項1記載のパラレルシフト伝動装置。
- 駆動歯車(30)および/または第2の被駆動歯車(34)が、出力軸に剛性的に結合されている、請求項1または2記載のパラレルシフト伝動装置。
- 少なくとも駆動歯車(30)または第2の被駆動歯車(34)が、一方の入力軸に配置された歯車(165)に噛み合っており、該歯車が、シフト装置によって所属の入力軸に相対回動不能に連結可能である、請求項1または2記載のパラレルシフト伝動装置。
- 電気機械(44)が、駆動歯車(30)の、クラッチと反対の側に配置されていて、ピニオン(42)を有しており、該ピニオンが、出力軸(24)に配置された歯車(224)に噛み合っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のパラレルシフト伝動装置。
- 第1の駆動歯車(46)が、駆動歯車(30)に巻掛け手段(48)を介して相対回動不能に結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のパラレルシフト伝動装置。
- 第1の被駆動歯車(225)が、駆動歯車(30)に噛み合っている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のパラレルシフト伝動装置。
- 両クラッチが、駆動原動機にフランジ接続可能なツインクラッチとして形成されており、該ツインクラッチが、別個に操作可能な2つのクラッチディスク(8,10)を有しており、それぞれ1つのクラッチディスクが、一方の入力軸に相対回動不能に結合されており、入力軸(12,14)が、互いに同軸的に配置されており、一方の入力軸が、中空軸(14)として形成されており、他方の入力軸が、中空軸を貫通する軸(12)として形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のパラレルシフト伝動装置。
- 中空の入力軸(14)を貫いて案内された内側の入力軸(12)に2つの歯車が配置されており、一方の歯車(663R1)が、第1速、第3速および後退ギヤ段において有効であり、他方の歯車(665)が、第5速において有効である、請求項8記載のパラレルシフト伝動装置。
