Description
Mは遷移金属であり、R1、R2、R3、及びR4はそれぞれ独立して水素原子、アルキル基、アルケニル基、アルキニル基、アリール基、アミノ基、アルコキシ基、アリールオキシ基、複素環オキシ基、アシル基、アルコキシカルボニル基、アリールオキシカルボニル基、アシルオキシ基、アシルアミノ基、アルコキシカルボニルアミノ基、アリールオキシカルボニルアミノ基、スルホニルアミノ基、スルファモイル基、カルバモイル基、アルキルチオ基、アリールチオ基、複素環チオ基、スルホニル基、スルフィニル基、ウレイド基、燐酸アミノ基、ヒドロキシ基、メルカプト基、ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、スルホ基、カルボキシル基、ニトロ基、ヒドロキサム酸基、スルフィノ基、ヒドラジノ基、イミノ基、複素環基、シリル基、及びシリルオキシ基からなる群より選択される何れか一つの置換基であり、XはNまたはCであり、CY1は含窒素ヘテロ環であり、CY2は芳香環、飽和環、または含窒素ヘテロ環であり、n1は1または2である。
前記工程によって合成した2−(4,6−ジフルオロフェニル)ピリジン及びIrCl3・nH2Oを用いて黄色粉末である[(F2ppy)2IrCl]2ダイマーを合成した。この際、合成法は、J.Am.Che.Soc.,1984,106,6647〜6653を参照した。

(参考例3)[(DMAF2ppy)2IrCl]2ダイマーの合成
(参考例4)[(F2CNppy)2IrCl]2ダイマーの合成
前記工程によって合成した2−(4,6−ジフルオロフェニル)ピリジン、及びK2[PtCl]4を用いて、参考例1と同様の方法で緑色粉末である[(F2ppy)PtCl]2ダイマーを合成した。この際、合成法は、J.Am.Che.Soc.,1984,106,6647〜6653を参照した。
ガラス/ITO/NBP(40nm)/mcP:5wt%F2PZNH(40nm)/BAlq(40nm)/LiF(2nm)/Al(200nm)
素子の製作方法は下記の通りである。
Claims (7)
- 下記化学式(2)〜(10)の何れかで表されるシクロメタル化遷移金属錯体:
MはRu、Rh、Os、Ir、Pt、またはAuである遷移金属であり、
R 1 、R 2 、R 3 、R 4 、R 5 、R 6 、R 7 、R 8 、R 9 、R 10 、R 11 、及びR 12 はそれぞれ独立して水素原子、アルキル基、アルケニル基、アルキニル基、アリール基、アミノ基、アルコキシ基、アリールオキシ基、複素環オキシ基、アシル基、アルコキシカルボニル基、アリールオキシカルボニル基、アシルオキシ基、アシルアミノ基、アルコキシカルボニルアミノ基、アリールオキシカルボニルアミノ基、スルホニルアミノ基、スルファモイル基、カルバモイル基、アルキルチオ基、アリールチオ基、複素環チオ基、ウレイド基、燐酸アミノ基、ヒドロキシ基、メルカプト基、ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、スルホ基、カルボキシル基、ニトロ基、ヒドロキサム酸基、スルフィノ基、ヒドラジノ基、イミノ基、複素環基、シリル基、及びシリルオキシ基からなる群より選択される何れか一つの置換基であり、
XはCH 2 、NH、O、S、またはPHであり、
CY1はピリジン環、ピラジン環、キノリン環、またはピペリジン環からなる含窒素ヘテロ環であり、
CY3〜CY5はベンゼン環、ナフタレン環、もしくはアントラセン環からなる芳香環、シクロペンタン環、もしくはシクロへキサン環からなる飽和環、またはピリジン環、ピラジン環、キノリン環、ピペリジン環、キノキサリン環、フラン環、またはチオフェン環からなるヘテロ環であり、
MがRu、Rh、OsまたはIrである場合はm+n1は3であり、MがPtまたはAuである場合はm+n1は2である。 - 前記R 1 、R 2 、R 3 、及びR 4 は、それぞれ独立して、水素原子、炭素数1ないし30のアルキル基、炭素数2ないし30のアルケニル基、炭素数2ないし30のアルキニル基、炭素数6ないし30のアリール基、アミノ基、炭素数1ないし30のアルコキシ基、炭素数6ないし30のアリールオキシ基、炭素数1ないし30の複素環オキシ基、炭素数1ないし30のアシル基、炭素数2ないし30のアルコキシカルボニル基、炭素数7ないし30のアリールオキシカルボニル基、炭素数2ないし30のアシルオキシ基、炭素数2ないし30のアシルアミノ基、炭素数2ないし30のアルコキシカルボニルアミノ基、炭素数7ないし30のアリールオキシカルボニルアミノ基、スルホニルアミノ基、スルファモイル基、カルバモイル基、炭素数1ないし30のアルキルチオ基、炭素数6ないし30のアリールチオ基、炭素数1ないし30の複素環チオ基、ウレイド基、燐酸アミノ基、ヒドロキシル基、メルカプト基、ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、スルホ基、カルボキシル基、ニトロ基、ヒドロキサム酸基、スルフィノ基、ヒドラジノ基、イミノ基、炭素数1ないし30の複素環基、シリル基、及びシリルオキシ基からなる群より選択される何れか一つの置換基であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシクロメタル化遷移金属錯体。
- 前記MがIrまたはPtであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のシクロメタル化遷移金属錯体。
- 下記化学式(11)で表される化合物からなる群より選択される何れか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシクロメタル化遷移金属錯体。
- 一対の電極の間に有機膜を含む有機電界発光素子であって、
前記有機膜が請求項1ないし4の何れか1項に記載の錯体を含むことを特徴とする、有機電界発光素子。 - 前記有機膜が1種以上の高分子ホスト、高分子ホストと低分子ホストとの混合物、低分子ホスト、及び非発光高分子マトリックスからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記有機膜は、緑色発光物質及び/または赤色発光物質を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の有機電界発光素子。
