太陽光発電手段の背面に太陽光を反射する反射手段を備え、前記反射手段が反射板と背面基板とを含む太陽電池の製造方法であって、前記反射板と前記背面基板をラミネート成形により同時に成形するラミネート成形工程を備え、前記ラミネート成形工程は、複数の膜の積層体を接合して前記反射板を形成することを含み、前記ラミネート成形工程は、前面板、封止材、前記太陽光発電手段であるセルストリングス、封止材、前記背面基板、及び、前記積層体を、積層した後に、前記背面基板の背面側からラミネーター治具により圧力を付与して、これらの各要素間を接合させることを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 太陽光発電手段の背面に太陽光を反射する反射手段を備え、前記反射手段が反射板と背面基板とを含む太陽電池の製造方法であって、
前記反射板と前記背面基板をラミネート成形により同時に成形するラミネート成形工程を備え、
前記ラミネート成形工程は、複数の膜の積層体を接合して前記反射板を形成することを含み、
前記ラミネート成形工程は、前面板、封止材、前記太陽光発電手段であるセルストリングス、封止材、前記背面基板、及び、前記積層体を、積層した後に、前記背面基板の背面側からラミネーター治具により圧力を付与して、これらの各要素間を接合させることを含むことを特徴とする太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記ラミネート成形工程において、前記積層体は、前記背面基板上に透明接着フィルムを介して積層される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記ラミネート成形工程は、略真空状態下で実施される、請求項2に記載の太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記ラミネート成形工程は、前面板及び前記太陽光発電手段であるセルストリングスに、前記背面基板及び前記反射板を接合させることを含む、請求項3に記載の太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記複数の膜はAg−Al膜、SUS膜及びAg−Al膜である請求項4に記載の太陽電池の製造方法。
