Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a structure around a watering tank to be mounted in a rolling compact vehicle used for rolling compaction on an asphalt road surface.

Generally, a rolling water vehicle is equipped with a watering device, and water is jetted from a jet nozzle arranged at a position facing a roller or a road surface to prevent asphalt mixture from adhering to the roller surface. As an example of the arrangement of the watering tank to be mounted, there is a case where the space below the driver's seat is used in order to save space, and a specific example is described in Patent Document 1.

When the technology described in Patent Document 1 is described with reference to the same document, a pair of left and right mounting grooves 4 and 5 are formed on the front and rear surfaces of the water tank 3, and the substantially L-shaped brackets 6 and 7 are formed. The water tank 3 is fixed to the rear frame 2 by inserting one end side into the mounting grooves 4 and 5 and bolting the other end side to the front plate 2d and the back plate 2c. In the water tank 3, a recess 8 is formed between the upper front portion and the front upper surface, and a seat seat 15 and a back seat 16 as a driver seat are attached to the recess 8.
JP 11-140814 A (paragraphs [0017], [0018], FIG. 1 and FIG. 2)

The technique described in Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
(1) In the technique of Patent Document 1, since the brackets 6 and 7 are inserted into the mounting grooves 4 and 5 located in the vicinity of the upper edge of the body frame 2, all four fixing points of the water tank 3 are fixed. The position is lower than the seating position. Since the water tank 3 is a member having a height from the viewpoint of securing the driver's back and securing the capacity of the water, when the fixed point is formed at a low position as in the technique of Patent Document 1, There is a problem that the water tank 3 requires high rigidity in order to prevent the water tank 3 from rattling or vibrating. Although measures such as increasing the formation position of the mounting grooves 4 and 5 can be considered, the brackets 6 and 7 are also located above, and the bracket having only the fixing function of the water tank 3 is an eye. It is not preferable from the aesthetic point of view to be exposed in the upward direction.

(2) For rolling compaction vehicles, for example, there is a case where a roller is brought close to the edge of the curb to perform rolling compaction, so visibility to the road surface around the side of the vehicle body from the driver seat is particularly important, and as far as possible The driver's seat is formed at a high position from the ground so that it can be looked down directly on. Therefore, a step for getting on and off is provided on the side portion of most of the rolling compacted vehicles. As a handle for getting on and off through the step, in Patent Document 1, a handle 9c made of a concave groove is formed on the inner side surface of the armrest portions 9a and 9b formed on both sides of the water tank 3. However, in this structure, since the handle 9c is formed on the inner surface of the armrests 9a and 9b, the handle 9c cannot be visually recognized from the ground side. It is also conceivable that an operator unfamiliar with the vehicle may not notice the presence of the handle 9c. In addition, the grip 9c made of a groove has a problem that the grip state of the hand is likely to be halfway, and the weight shift when getting on and off tends to become unstable.

(3) In a rolling compact vehicle, visibility to the road surface around the side of the vehicle body from the driver's seat is important. However, in the technique of Patent Document 1, armrests 9a and 9b formed integrally with the water tank 3 are used by the driver. There is a problem that it is easy to block the view. In addition, as described above, when rolling a roller near the edge of the curb, the driver should sit on the edge of the driver's seat and lean out to visually check the distance between the roller and the curb. However, the vehicle is often run while the armrests 9a and 9b also serve to prevent the driver from falling. In terms of this function, the armrests 9a and 9b are preferably as high as possible, but if so, the visibility of the driver during normal driving is reduced. That is, in the structure using the side wall of the water tank 3 for preventing the driver from falling, the visibility is lowered when the side wall is raised, and the fall preventing function is lowered when the side wall is lowered.

The present invention was devised to solve such problems, and enables the watering tank to be attached to the vehicle body without rattling without requiring high-rigidity treatment in the watering tank and without impairing the aesthetic appearance. It aims at providing the structure around the watering tank in a rolling compaction vehicle.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has a seating portion formed along the horizontal direction and a back support portion formed along the vertical direction, and side edges of the watering tank are provided on both sides of the seating portion. A handrail member having a structure around a water spray tank formed so that the surface is exposed upward, the lower part being fixed to the vehicle body frame, and the upper part having a grip portion located above the side edge surface And the bottom surface of the gripping part constitutes a stopper that restricts the upward movement of the water spray tank by contacting the side edge surface, and the top part of the gripping part constitutes an armrest for the driver. The side part of the gripping part constitutes a structure around the water spray tank in the rolling compaction vehicle, which constitutes a fall prevention wall for the driver.

According to the structure around the water spray tank, the following effects are exhibited.
(1) Since the handrail member functioning as a handrail for getting on and off has a function of fixing the watering tank, specifically, a function of restricting the upward movement of the watering tank, the fixing point of the watering tank Even if the (movement restriction point) is brought to a higher position than before, the aesthetic appearance is not impaired. Therefore, by making the fixing point high, it is possible to suppress rattling and vibration of the watering tank without requiring high rigidity of the watering tank.
(2) Since the gripping part is located above the side edge surface, the gripping part can be easily visually recognized from the ground side, and convenience during getting on and off is improved. In addition, since the grip portion is formed on a handrail member which is a separate member from the watering tank, the degree of freedom regarding the layout design and shape design of the grip portion is expanded, and the hand grip condition can be improved accordingly. It is possible to stabilize weight shift when getting on and off.

In the present invention, the gripping portion has a hollow closed cross section, and is configured so that the driver can look down on the side of the vehicle through the hollow closed cross section. The structure is around the watering tank.

According to the structure around this watering tank, in addition to the effects (1) and (2), the following effects can be obtained.
(3) The grip portion that functions as an armrest and a fall-preventing wall reduces the visibility of the road surface around the side of the vehicle body from the driver's seat. By forming, both the function of the armrest and the fall prevention wall and the function of the visibility on the side of the vehicle can be achieved. Moreover, the rigidity of a holding part can be improved by forming a hollow closed cross-section part.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, a water spray tank can be attached to a vehicle body without rattling, without requiring a highly rigid process for a water spray tank and without impairing aesthetics.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a rolling compact vehicle to which the present invention is applied, and FIGS. 2 to 4 are a front view, a side view, and an exploded perspective view showing a structure around a watering tank according to the present invention.

A rolling vehicle 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a vehicle used for rolling asphalt road surface, etc., and is a so-called combined type equipped with iron wheels and tires as a front roll 2 and a rear roll 3 that are rolling wheels, respectively. Laura. A water spray tank 4 forming a driver's seat is mounted on the rear upper part of the vehicle. The driving floor 6 is located above the ground, and a boarding / alighting step 7 for getting on and off the driving floor 6 is formed on the side of the vehicle.

2 to 4 and particularly from the viewpoint of visibility, the vehicle body frame in the upper rear part of the vehicle rises from a rectangular bottom plate 8a on which the water spray tank 4 is placed, and from the bottom plate 8a. It has a pair of left and right side plates 8b, a back plate 8c, a front plate 8d, and a pair of front edge plates 8e bent inward in the vehicle width direction from the front edge of each side plate 8b, and has an open upper surface. It has a box shape, and the lower part of the water spray tank 4 is inserted into the internal space from above.

The water spray tank 4 has a seating portion formed along the horizontal direction and a back support portion formed along the vertical direction. The direction in which the back support portion is formed is not limited to being vertical, and includes a case where the back support portion is formed as an inclined surface. The water spray tank 4 is formed in a concave shape from the front surface to the upper surface, and the seat seat 10 as the seating portion is attached to the bottom surface in the concave space, and the back seat as the back support portion on the back surface in the concave space. 11 is attached. The side edge surfaces 13 of the water spray tank 4 are formed on both sides of the seat portion sheet 10 so as to be exposed upward. The side edge surface 13 is a substantially horizontal surface and is located at substantially the same height as the seat surface of the seat portion sheet 10. In the drawing, the case where the height of the side edge surface 13 is slightly lower than the seat surface of the seat portion sheet 10 is shown.

The water spray tank 4 is formed of a synthetic resin material such as hard polyethylene, and a water supply port having a lid 12 is formed at the top. Since attachment of the seat portion seat 10 and the back portion seat 11 to the water spray tank 4 uses known means, description thereof is omitted here.

In the present embodiment, as the means for fixing the water spray tank 4 to the vehicle body frame, the means described in Patent Document 1 is adopted for the rear surface side of the water spray tank 4. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a pair of left and right mounting grooves 4a are formed on the rear surface of the water spray tank 4, and one end side of the bracket 5 made of a bent strip is inserted into the mounting groove 4a. Is bolted to the back plate 8c.

The structure around the watering tank according to the present invention is provided with a handrail member 9 having a lower part fixed to a vehicle body frame (front edge plate 8e) and an upper part having a grip 14 located above the side edge surface 13. The handrail member 9 is provided as a pair corresponding to each side edge surface 13. The handrail member 9 includes a strip-shaped flat plate substrate portion 9a, a wall plate portion 9b that rises substantially orthogonally from one surface of the substrate portion 9a, and an outer wall that extends substantially parallel to the substrate portion 9a across the wall plate portion 9b. And a plate portion 9c. At one end of the substrate portion 9a, two bolt through holes 9d made of long holes are formed, and the lower portion of the substrate portion 9a is fastened and fixed to the front edge plate 8e by bolts 15. Thereby, the board | substrate part 9a, the wall-plate part 9b, and the outer-plate part 9c are extended toward back diagonally upward.

The upper end of the outer plate portion 9c is bent horizontally to form the upper surface portion 14b. A support plate 16 bent in a substantially L shape is stretched from the rear end of the lower surface of the upper surface portion 14b to the middle in the longitudinal direction of the substrate portion 9a, and is fixed by welding or the like. A horizontal surface below the support plate 16 forms a bottom surface portion 14a. As described above, the upper surface portion 14b and the support plate 16 constitute the grip portion 14, and the hollow closed cross-section portion 17 is formed so as to be surrounded by the upper portion of the substrate portion 9a, the upper surface portion 14b, and the support plate 16. The In addition, in order to make the grip of a hand favorable, it is preferable to design the width dimension of the upper surface part 14b and the support plate 16 within 3-6 centimeters.

Moreover, in this embodiment, each board | plate material which comprises the handrail member 9 consists of a steel plate etc., and the rubber coating is performed on the whole considering the antirust property, the tactile feeling at the time of a grip, etc.

And in this invention, the bottom face part 14a of the holding part 14 comprises the stopper which controls the upward movement of the water spray tank 4 by contact | abutting with the side edge surface 13, and the upper surface part 14b of the holding part 14 is a driver | operator. The side part 14c of the gripping part 14 constitutes a driver's fall prevention wall. The bottom surface portion 14a and the side edge surface 13 may be in close contact, or may be opposed to each other with a slight gap.

According to the present invention, the following effects are exhibited.
(1) Since the handrail member 9 functioning as a handrail for getting on and off has a function of fixing the watering tank 4, specifically, a function of restricting the upward movement of the watering tank 4, the watering tank Even if the fixed point (movement restriction point) 4 is brought to a higher position than before, the aesthetic appearance is not impaired. Therefore, since the fixing point can be increased, rattling and vibration of the water spray tank 4 can be suppressed without requiring the water tank 4 to have high rigidity.

(2) Since the gripping part 14 is located above the side edge surface 13, the gripping part 14 can be easily visually recognized from the ground side, and convenience when getting on and off is improved. In addition, since the grip portion 14 is formed on the handrail member 9 which is a separate member from the water spray tank 4, the degree of freedom regarding the layout design and shape design of the grip portion 14 is widened, and the hand grip state is improved accordingly. It is possible to stabilize the weight shift when getting on and off.

(3) The gripping portion 14 that functions as an armrest and a fall-preventing wall lowers the visibility of the road surface around the side of the vehicle body from the driver's seat. In the present invention, the hollow closed cross-section portion 17 is formed. As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, the driver can look down on the side of the vehicle through the hollow closed section 17. As a result, it is possible to achieve both the functions of the armrest and the fall prevention wall and the function of visibility on the side of the vehicle. Further, by forming the hollow closed cross-section portion 17, the rigidity of the grip portion 14 can be increased.

In the foregoing, the optimum embodiment of the present invention has been described. The present invention is not limited to the one described in the drawings, and can be appropriately modified within a range not departing from the gist thereof. Of course, the rolling type vehicle to be invented may be of any type as long as it is equipped with a watering tank.
