Description

Claims (4)
- 厚さ方向に着磁された板状形状を有するマグネットの片側表面に板状の磁性体からなるポールピースを取り付け、他方表面に板状の磁性体からなるヨークを取り付けることによって、前記ポールピース端部と前記ヨークとの間に磁気空隙を形成した磁気回路部を有し、該磁気回路部をサスペンションによって前記磁気回路を収めるハウジング内壁に支持し、かつ該磁気空隙に配置し、ダイアフラムに取り付けられたコイルへ交流電流を入力することによって前記磁気回路又はダイアフラムを振動させる多機能型振動アクチュエータに於いて、
前記サスペンションを磁性体によって構成し、サスペンション内周側面端部が磁気空隙の一端を構成するように、前記サスペンションを前記磁気回路縁部上に設置したことを特徴とする多機能型振動アクチュエータ。
- 厚さ方向に着磁された板状形状を有するマグネットの片側表面に板状の磁性体からなるポールピースを取り付け、他方表面に板状の磁性体からなるヨークを取り付けることによって、前記ポールピース端部と前記ヨークとの間に磁気空隙を形成した磁気回路部を有し、該磁気回路部をサスペンションによって前記磁気回路を収めるハウジング内壁に支持し、かつ該磁気空隙に配置し、ダイアフラムに取り付けられたコイルへ交流電流を入力することによって前記磁気回路又はダイアフラムを振動させる多機能型振動アクチュエータに於いて、
前記サスペンションを磁性体によって構成し、サスペンション内周側面端部が磁気空隙の一端を構成するように、前記サスペンションを前記磁気回路縁部上に設置し、前記ハウジング内周に段部を設けて、前記サスペンション外周表面を段部で支持し、前記段部とサスペンションを貫通して放音孔を設けたことを特徴とする多機能型振動アクチュエータ。
- 磁気回路部に重量体を取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の多機能型振動アクチュエータ。
- 磁気回路部側面と円筒形を有するハウジング内壁との間隔が、ハウジング内壁半径の0〜2.5%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の多機能型振動アクチュエータ。
