Claims (5)
- 第1および第2バルブ列(X、Y)の数個のバルブ収容孔(2)に入口および出口バルブを収容する収容部材(1)と、
前記収容部材(1)における前記2つのバルブ列(X、Y)の外側に配置され、前記収容部材(1)内に開口する前記バルブ収容孔(2)の方向に対して横断方向に整列されるポンプ孔(3)と、
前記2つのバルブ列(X、Y)の外側で前記収容部材(1)内に開口するとともに、前記バルブ収容孔(2)およびポンプ孔(3)の軸に垂直方向に前記収容部材(1)内に開口する2つの低圧アキュムレータ孔(5)と、
前記ポンプ孔(3)に接続され、かつ、前記バルブ収容孔(2)を有するハウジング平面に平行に配置されるハウジング平面において前記ポンプ孔(3)に平行に配置される少なくとも1つの中空シリンダ形状のノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)と、
バルブ収容孔(2)、ポンプ孔および低圧アキュムレータ孔(3、5)を接続し、かつ、前記収容部材(1)内に開口するブレーキ圧力ジェネレータ接続(THZ)と圧力液体の輸送のためのホイールブレーキ接続(RL、RR、FR、FL)との間の液圧接続を確立するようにされる数個の圧力液体チャネルと、ノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)の圧力流体の貫流および方向変換のために圧力流体の流入および流出の規定された方向を引き起こすように設けられる少なくとも1つの手段(10、11)と、を有するものにおいて、
前記手段は、ポンプ孔(3)の壁を通して収容部材(1)の横外側面から鋭角に延び、かつ、ノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)の底部領域内に開口する傾斜したチャネル(10)であり、さらに、前記手段は、さらなる傾斜したチャネル(11)であって、傾斜したチャネル(10)によって決定される流入の方向のためにポンプによって供給された圧力流体がノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)の底部に当り、そこで圧力流体がノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)内に挿入された閉塞部材(7)の方向のノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)内における流入の方向とほぼ反対に延びる流れの方向に従って、起立し、かつ、偏向し、さらに、そこでは、その流れは、前記さらなる傾斜したチャネル(11)の流出の方向に対応する反対の方向に180度回転するように、前記第1バルブ列(X)の中のバルブ収容孔(2)の方向に、鋭角で、前記ノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)の壁を通して前記収容部材(1)の横外側面から延び、かつ、前記バルブ収容孔(2)の底部内に開口することを特徴とするスリップ制御ブレーキシステム用の液圧ユニット。 - 貫流の方向において前記2つの傾斜されたチャネル(10、11)は、常に、前記収容部材(1)の最も高い位置に配置されるブレーキ圧力ジェネレータ接続(THZ)に対して上昇するように向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液圧ユニット。
- 両方の傾斜されたチャネル(10、11)が、また前記ポンプ孔(3)およびノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)を閉塞する2つの閉塞部材(7)によって収容部材の横外側面で閉塞されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記さらなる傾斜したチャネル(11)が、ノイズダンピングチャンバ(6)の下流で、前記バルブ収容孔(2)の底部に接続される傾斜したチャネル(11)の前記部分に挿入されるオリフィス(9)を有することを特徴とする前記請求項1記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記傾斜したチャネル(10)が、このポンプ孔(3)内に挿入されるポンプ圧力バルブの下流に前記ポンプ孔(3)を貫通することを特徴とする前記請求項1記載の液圧ユニット。
