Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの物質用の調量装置(1)であって、物質貯蔵装置と、この物質貯蔵装置に結合されたポンプ機構(2)とを有し、物質貯蔵装置またはポンプ機構が、ばね力によって閉位置で保持される通気弁(44)を有し、ポンプ機構のポンピング運動時に制御要素が通気弁を開放するように、制御要素(41)が通気弁に付設されており、通気弁(44)が、回転対称なポンプ区域(16)をポンプ軸線と同軸で取り囲むチューブパッキン(25)として構成されており、通気穴(20)がポンプ区域(16)に設けられていて、物質貯蔵装置に通じていることを特徴とする調量装置。
- 通気弁と制御要素が相対応する制御面(28、43)を備えており、通気弁の開放過程用に制御面が互いに接触可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の調量装置。
- 通気弁に対して相対的に行程運動可能なポンプ機構操作部品(10)に制御要素が配置されており、ポンプ機構の無負荷状態のとき、通気弁が、制御要素に対してポンプ軸線に関して軸線方向距離(L2)に配置されており、この距離が操作部品の操作行程(L1)よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項2記載の調量装置。
- 通気弁(25a)が軸線方向撓み可能に開弁位置と閉弁位置との間に配置されており、制御要素(41a)が通気弁(25a)を軸線方向において開弁位置に移動させることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の調量装置。
- 通気弁(25a)が軸線方向弾性変形可能に実施されており、通気弁がその弾性復帰特性によって開弁位置から閉弁位置に復帰可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の調量装置。
- ポンピング運動時にポンプ軸線から離れて外方への半径方向運動成分がチューブパッキン(25)に加わるように、制御面(28、43)がポンプ軸線(29)に対して斜めに向けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の調量装置。
- 制御面(28、43)が、一方でポンプ機構操作部品(10)の、他方でチューブパッキン(25)の相向き合う楔環状面によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の調量装置。
- 通気弁の開閉を遅延させるためのタイミング要素が制御要素または通気弁に付設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
