Description
〔工程1〕48×48mmのシリコン基板をアセトンで洗浄した。
Claims (2)
- 硝酸鉄、硝酸ニッケルまたは硝酸コバルトを、エタノール、メタノールおよびブタノールのうち少なくとも1つとテルピネオールの混合液に溶解させ、得られた溶液を用いて基板上に触媒層を形成するカーボンナノチューブ成長用触媒の製造方法であって、該混合液においてエタノール、メタノールおよびブタノールのうち少なくとも1つとテルピネオールの混合割合が、前者65〜85重量%、後者15〜35重量%であり、該硝酸鉄、硝酸ニッケルまたは硝酸コバルトの濃度が、該硝酸鉄、硝酸ニッケルまたは硝酸コバルトを該混合液に溶解させて得られた溶液において0.005〜0.2mol/lであることを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブ成長用触媒の製造方法。
- スピンコート法により基板上に触媒層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブ成長用触媒の製造方法。
