Description

使用され得る樹脂の量および種類は、列挙するには膨大すぎる。したがって、上記の列挙したものは、例示目的に過ぎず、本発明の範囲を限定することを意図するものではない。他の好適な材料もまた、本発明において有用であることがわかるであろう。かかる材料は当業者にとって既知である。

本発明による潤滑性コーティングは、医療デバイス産業において、特に、身体内に挿入される医療デバイスに有用であることがわかった。例えば、潤滑性コーティングは、カテーテルデバイス、特に、ガイドワイヤー、カテーテル軸、拡張バルーン等において有用であることがわかった。

Claims (7)
- 潤滑性コーティング組成物で被覆した面を含む医療デバイスであって、該潤滑性コーティング組成物が、ネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類のエチレン性不飽和樹脂と、自身の重量の500%〜2000%の水を吸収することができる少なくとも1種類の脂肪族ポリエーテルポリウレタンとを含有する相互侵入ネットワークまたは半相互侵入ネットワークを含む、医療デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の脂肪族ポリエーテルポリウレタンは架橋しない、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1種類のエチレン性不飽和樹脂が、光化学的に活性化可能な官能基を有する、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 少なくとも1種類の光開始剤をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1種類のエチレン性不飽和樹脂が、紫外線放射によって活性化可能な官能基を有する、請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記医療デバイスがカテーテルアセンブリである、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記潤滑性コーティング組成物で被覆した面が、ガイドワイヤー上、拡張バルーン上、カテーテル軸上またはその組み合わせにある、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
