Description
Claims (10)
- 並列化学実験を実行するためのシステムであって、該システムは並列流通式反応器のアレイを備え、各反応器は、反応室と、該反応室に連結されている反応器入口と、反応器出口とを備え、各反応器の下流側には、個別の圧力調整装置が前記反応器の圧力を能動的に調整するために設けられ、前記圧力調整装置は、反応器の排出物に対する能動的に調整可能な経路を備え、前記能動的に調整可能な経路は、前記反応器出口に連結された経路入口と、前記反応器の圧力に関して減少した圧力で反応器の排出物を放出するための経路出口とを備え、
前記圧力調整装置は、各反応器の反応器排出物に対する経路に配置されている能動的に調整可能な経路を備え、前記能動的に調整可能な経路が前記経路の実効断面の変化を起こさせるための可動部材を有し、
前記可動部材が、制御ガスで満たされている共通圧力室と接触し、前記可動部材は、反応器の圧力が制御ガスの圧力より低い場合に閉位置に向かって移動され、前記反応器の圧力が、前記制御ガスの圧力を超えている場合には、開位置に向かって移動され、該システムは、前記圧力室内の制御ガスの圧力を制御するための圧力制御装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする化学実験を実行するためのシステム。 - 前記可動部材は、反応器の排出物に対する前記能動的に調整可能な経路を定義する柔軟壁部材を備え、該壁部材が、前記能動的に調整可能な経路を圧力室から分離し、前記壁部材は、前記圧力室内の制御ガスと接触し、前記圧力室内の制御ガスの圧力と前記経路内の前記反応器排出物の圧力との間の圧力差によって変形可能であり、前記能動的圧力調整装置は、前記圧力室内の前記制御ガスの圧力を制御するための圧力制御装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記柔軟壁部材は、前記経路入口および経路出口を連結する変形可能な管であり、該変形可能な管が、前記制御ガスの圧力が前記反応器排出物の圧力より高い時に閉じられるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記柔軟壁部材が、変形可能膜であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記柔軟壁部材が、弾性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記流通式反応器が、それぞれ流量制御装置を備える前記反応器入口に連結されているガス供給経路、流体供給経路の少なくとも一方を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 分析装置が、前記反応器の前記経路出口に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記分析装置が、試料収集装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記分析装置が、前記経路出口を介して、1つまたは複数の切替弁を介して前記反応器の出口に連結されているオンライン分析装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のシステムが使用されることを特徴とする化学実験を実行するための方法。
