Claims (5)
- 流体管が接続される接続部を備えた流体管継手であって、
継手本体と、継手本体に螺合部を介して固定される筒状体とを備え、
前記螺合部は、雄ねじ部と、雌ねじ部とからなり、
前記雄ねじ部の先端側には、拡径可能な拡径部を備え、前記雌ねじ部の基端側には、前記雄ねじ部の拡径部が入り込む凹部が形成されてなり、
前記雄ねじ部と雌ねじ部とが螺合した状態において、前記雄ねじ部の拡径部を拡径することにより、前記雄ねじ部の拡径部が前記雌ねじ部の凹部に係合して螺合状態の緩みを防止することを特徴とする流体管継手。 - 流体管が接続される接続部を備えた流体管継手であって、
継手本体と、継手本体に螺合部を介して固定される筒状体とを備え、
前記螺合部は、雄ねじ部と、雌ねじ部とからなり、
前記雌ねじ部の先端側には、縮径可能な縮径部を備え、前記雄ねじ部の基端側には、前記雌ねじ部の縮径部が入り込む凹部が形成されてなり、
前記雄ねじ部と雌ねじ部とが螺合した状態において、前記雌ねじ部の縮径部を縮径することにより、前記雌ねじ部の縮径部が前記雄ねじ部の凹部に係合して螺合状態の緩みを防止することを特徴とする流体管継手。 - 前記流体管に係合して該流体管を抜け止め状態とする複数の爪を有する環状の抜止リングを備え、
前記抜止リングは、前記筒状体を前記継手本体に螺合することで、前記継手本体と前記筒状体との間に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流体管継手。 - 前記筒状体は、前記継手本体に形成された前記流体管の端部が外挿される内筒部の先端に固定される締付リングであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の流体管継手。
- 前記筒状体は、前記流体管の端部が外挿される内筒部であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の流体管継手。
