Claims (6)
- センサおよび/または識別ユニットとしての少なくとも1つのSAW素子(20)と、同軸導体を形成するハウジング部分(10)とを有し、該ハウジング部分の中に前記SAW素子(20)が無接点で内蔵されており、また該ハウジング部分が接続ケーブルのシールド(13)に接続されており、さらに該接続ケーブルの信号導体(12)が、無接触で、SAW素子(20)の表面結合構造部(213,214)の中央に、SAW素子(20)の表面結合構造部(213,214)にわたって延設されており、前記同軸導体における電磁界をSAW素子(20)と近傍界結合させる働きをする計測センサにおいて、
前記SAW素子(20)の表面結合構造部(213,214)が、前記信号導体(12)の両側に配置された、追加的な結合を行う部分構造部を有する計測センサ。 - 前記SAW素子(20)の能動素子、インターデジタルトランスデューサ(22)、リフレクタ(23,25,26)、遅延線(24)が、信号導体(12)を基準にしてほぼ対称的な2つの個別の、互い違いに配置された、前記結合構造部(213)のループ状部分構造部の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計測センサ。
- 主に環状の磁界と主に放射状の電界とからのエネルギーを複合的に結合するために、信号導体(12)の一方の側に、優先的に誘導結合を行うアンテナ構造部が、さらに信号導体のもう一方の側に、優先的に容量結合を行うアンテナ構造部が、結合構造部(214)の部分構造部として配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計測センサ。
- 少なくとも1つの導線路を有する前記部分構造部(213,214)が、SAW素子(20)の外周内にループ状に形成され、焦電電荷用の内蔵放電ループとして機能することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の計測センサ。
- 動作周波数および/または材料特性および/または放射抵抗に適合させるために、有効なオーム抵抗部分が、前記結合構造部(213,214)の導線路の断面を適合させることを通じて、表面に設けられた導線路の層厚を少なくとも領域ごとに変更することを通じて、変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の計測センサ。
- 前記SAW素子(20)の結合構造部(213,214)が、機能検査装置のための接点を追加的に有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の計測センサ。
